Jenny was such a great nail tech. She gave great advice on how to fix my nails that were ruined from my previous acrylic set.

No matter what you do ... don't go to this salon. I am literally shocked they are in business with the lack of knowledge of doing their job correctly and the lack of hygiene with the building and doing peoples nails. My gel pedicure was horrible when she tried to cut out an ingrown toenail to the root and made me bleed quite a bit and then not even put pressure on it to help it stop but rather put the those green drops on it which didn't help. Then she didn't even wipe away the blood before painting my toes so the bottle of paint is contaminated with my blood and she wasn't wearing gloves during that time which is unbelievable. They use a universal brush to scrub your toenails before drying them off that looked like it should have been thrown away 40 days ago. Now my toe has been throbbing for the past 2 days and I hope I don't get an infection from this lack of hygiene and care. My gel manicure on my natural nail seemed like a simple task but both the owner and the lady who started on my fingers was a joke. I could tell once the first girl started to shave down my nail was using the wrong bit and made my cuticle bleed on 3 different fingers. Then she placed so much acrylic powder on my very short nails I was dumbfounded by her technic and was hoping she was going to fix it but then she started filing with the most dull file it wasn't doing anything to the shape or thickness. I'm not exaggerating when I say the powder was over an 1inch thick. She then started using regular nail clippers to cut the dried acrylic powder to make a straight line I am assuming. She told me to go wash my hands and I told her I was done and going to walk out when the owner came over and "tried" to fix it but was blaming me multiple times when she was helping fix this issue that it was going to thick. No just no. No one's gel powder should be thick like that. She rushed the paint job and my powder is still so thick after leaving. My nails look like I did it all myself at home and I almost refused to pay for the manicure it's so bad. I got a stupid coupon for money off next time .... You are crazy to think that I would ever set foot in there again. While I was in the salon... multiple other customers were complaining so I knew I wasn't alone. read more

I love this place. I've been having my nails. ,Eyelash extensions , pedicures For about 10 years. I love the tap hybrid gel manicures. They never chip and don't hurt my brittle nails, they make them stronger . I'm going tomorrow for The Head spa. It is a super relaxing facial for your face and hair. I came here today to get a gelX manicure- I came this weekend to get a pedicure and was very satisfied with the service- however I can't say the same for this manicure. The design doesn't match what I asked for. My skin is literally super glued to the nail. The backs have chunks of glue added to keep the nail secured I'm talking about thick glue. Nail polish on sides is chipped. Paint missing. I tried to call after to try to get refunded but they didn't answer the phone. I rarely feel disappointed with services but this is bad. We've been coming here for years. We've tried other local salons for pedicures but we like LV Nails the best. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I was a customer of Cindy for over 4 years. She micro blated my eye brows they were horrible in even . I have had to get them fixed it has costed me over $1500 . And I need another visit to try to still get them even. Now let's go on to eyelashes she was also doing those for over a year my eyes burned constantly and when I went to a different place to get them fixed my real eye lashes were destroyed I had so many missing they are finally getting better that has been a journey and a financial strain. I also noticed going to a different salon she uses not good supplies. I also noticed her tools to do out stuff is not sanitary. I had asked for a gel mani, had to ask for my cuticles to be cut as she was putting on base without , 2. she never brushed away the powder from my nails or cleaned the base before placing polish. she applied chrome powder with fingers not brush. applied unevenly looks awful. I think the staff was very nice. It was an OK price $145 for acrylic nails and a powder pedicure because my toenails were not the same length. Usually you know when you sit down and get a pedicure, you get to see the different types of pedicures they offer. Maybe one might have a hot stone paraffin or what not. I think they were more focused on getting people in and out the door rather than the experience.. I haven't had a pedicure in a really long time but what I was really looking forward to since I work on my feet in the kitchen 24 seven was just the massage the exfoliating of the legs whatever it is, but I didn't really feel too relaxed. It was very rushed for example, when they put like the oil in my cuticles after my acrylic, I still fill all the like dust from them filing down my nails. I was kind of really just looking forward to picking the colors that I wanted and relaxing, but I was kind of stressed out because immediately the person helping me put a very light pink on for the base of the French tip and I was just about to tell her I don't like a very light pale pink underneath it. I want more of a natural skin tone and it was too late because she already had put the powder to sit on my toes so I just have to Deal with it and pay for it. read more

The location and parking are on a small strip mall. There are great sandwich shops, Dollar Store, thrift store and more around it. This nail and personal care shop has been in the area for a long time. Love the owners and they are talented and personable. We leave there relaxed and pampered. Yelp review for LV nails $90 for a gelx manicure-my nails are horribly shaped, she never cleaned and cut my nails to begin with then butchered my nails/cuticles with the drill to the point of my bleeding all over the place. My nails are all different thicknesses-some thin, some VERY thick. I had to ask several times to have her reshape my nails so that they would have some semblance of symmetry. I am obviously never going to be going back. When I had read the sign I assumed my manicure was going to cost about $50-wrong-I was shocked when I was told the price. Very disorganized and unclean facility-there wasn't even a clean towel put down underneath my hands as they were getting worked on. I already am treating my mangled inflamed cuticle for an infection. This was my second time getting my nails done here. I got the man that sits in the first chair. Unfortunately I am so dissatisfied and I was the first time also but thought it was a fluke. The nails are messy, cuticle is overflowing, they are different lengths and some are lumpy like the polish balled up, one of the nails (middle nail) is not shiny due to him rubbing alcohol to try and fix the issue but it made it worse. Wish my camera was a little better, but I went here to get lashes done. In the upper picture, with lots of time on the lash curler, you get to see my lashes. Otherwise, they're usually really straight and it looks like I have none. You can also see how I have little to no eyebrows. I really love to get pedicures here. They are very nice, they play relaxing music and they have a big selection of colors. They don't rush through your service and best of all they give the best foot massages ever. The hours on both google and yelp are incorrect. They close at 7pm. When I called to schedule a 6:30pm appointment they didn't tell me they closed only a half hour later. I arrived for my gel pedicure and immediately the lady seemed irritated that I showed up. My pedicure proceeded to be EXTREMELY rushed, and the lady was extremely rough. She didn't file my toenails, didn't clean up the dead skin on my toes, and rushed through the polish job. For $35 I expect more.
