DO NOT RECOMMEND A couple friends and myself came in for acrylic fills and full sets with some designs we wanted on them. I was the first to arrive and after over 2 hours I was finished. I had to constantly remind the lady of what she was doing. She forgot about two nails that were supposed to have something on them not just clear coat. The polish was chunky and messy, but at one point I just stopped caring because It had almost been two hours. When I went up to pay I had waited patiently for someone to come up but after a few minutes they hadn't, I asked if I could pay and they said yes. I was still waiting so I mentioned to my friends that I had dinner to get to, one lady finally came up and allowed me to pay so I can leave. They were talking rudely about our choice of designs and us, we had used a translator because they kept mentioning bits and pieces of stuff we previously had said about our nails. read more

At Bella Capela, I was able to make a last minute appointment. Last week, for the second time, I walked in to Bella Capela in Sebastopol, California. I got my toenails trimmed and filed, and a nice footmassage. I was a walk in, and I expected to wait, as it is often packed with customers. On this occasion I was served quickly. Kim, my nail technician, did a wonderful job; she is a professional! The chairs have a massage feature and I was given a small water bottle. The atmosphere is warm, calm, and welcoming. My daughters also get their nails done there - they get the fancy colors and shapes. Im an older guy, and not too flexible, so I appreciate having my toenails trimmed with the massage; Bella Capela is affordable, comfortable, and inviting. I've been coming here for a while now as my go to nail place so I would say they are fairly good. A few complaints though are that some of the workers aren't super friendly, which is ok, I'm there to get my nails done, not make new best friends. The one thing that was really bad when I went once, I got my nails done, and they lady who did it did them so fast and did a really messy job, and they fell off very quickly. Other than that though, I have never had a particularly bad experience. I would recommend, especially if you are looking for a place that is slightly cheaper than other places. read more

Possibly the worst nail experience I've had in my life. Not only she ripped 2 layers of my nail removing my previous gel/acrylic tip, final product looks nothing like the sample. I managed to get her to stop literally ripping my acrylics off after the 3rd nail, it was so painful my nail bed still tender. I questioned the product application and I was told over and over again that it was fine... well, it wasn't. I would have appreciated initial honesty "Hey, we don't know how to do this look, pick something different". All I got was excuses but factually my nails look nothing like what I asked for. I would avoid this business because their main interest is cutting corners, taking your money and turning out mediocre nails. Now I have to go somewhere else to get this off. read more

It's been a year since I soaked my nails off. Went a couple days ago to a different establishment and they rushed the job. I showed a picture, wasn't even close to how I asked. Looked up other nail salons close to where I live. Loved their reviews and they got me in today! We had to start all over, soaking those nails off. I was a nail tech for a long time prior to becoming a RN. Nick took the time to do them correctly! He even did a new style called hombre, just perfection. I leave happy every time I come here for a pedicure. My cuticles have a mind of their own and many salons fail to fully clean them up. Countless times, I've left salons with nail polish that was applied OVER gnarly cuticles. And that is maddening.
