April 7th I had to take my truck back into Koch33 do to a miner mistake on their part. I had an…read moreappointment with Enterprise of Nazareth at 9:30am to meet me there. A man walked in asked for me at around 10:00am. I said yes, he didn't apologize for being late or nothing. We proceeded to go out to the vehicle, mind you it was cold and windy. He literally ran around the car to inspect for any damage like dents or scratches. Anyway other time they would WALK AROUND THE VEHICLE WITH YOU, to you as the renter could call things out. His name was Brandon I do believe. After his lecture about the insurance and I paid my deposit, I went on my way. 8 miles in I had to pull over because of a horrible smell. Like vomit or something. After my head cleared I went straight home. The following day I took my husband to his Chemo appointment, stopped at a stop light noticed a cop behind us. Light turned green and I crossed over RT209, light on his car lit up. Pulled over, he asked for driver's license, insurance and registration. Gave him my driver's license. But there was NO insurance nor registration in the glove box. He continued to inform me that the plates were expired as od March. I told them it was a rental. This vehicle had Maryland plate on it, he gave me a very stern warning. Take it home and call Enterprise immediately, if I catch you driving this car again I will fine you and it can lead to more violations for you. I came home and call immediately, of course they were very sorry for the inconvenience. We will switch this vehicle out for you. I waited for 2 hours and called them back to ask when, and who answered the phone? Brandon, the one that bought the car to me. Well they can do it Tomorrow, they open at 8am. I told him that I would have to cancel my husband's oncologist appointment because he needed to be there at 8am. Got his appointment pushed back until 10am. Still nothing from Enterprise, called and I was told that the location in Brodheadsville had no cars available. So meanwhile Brandon called and said to drive the rental anyway. I told him I couldn't do the because it was not legal, which he knew the day before. What a stupid idiot he was for even suggesting that. Needless to say my husband had to Call an Uber for his Oncologist appointment. Got home around 12:15 Enterprise calls again, still no car available. Finally around 4 something a very nice Enterprise driver pulled into out driveway, he looked at the car and said this car should have never been on the road. Plus it had a big bubble on the tire and no spare. He also went on to say that it is the responsibility of the Enterprise driver to go over the entire vehicle BEFORE IT LEAVES THE LOT. SO HATS OFF TO YOU BRANDON FROM NAZARETH ENTERPRISE FOR TOTALLY FUCKING UP .

The car itself was great, and I can't say enough good things about Enterprise. I'm hoping not to visit this exact scenario again any time soon, but if I am in need of a rental car in the future, Enterprise will be my go-to. Their location was very busy when I picked up the car and dropped it off, but both times there were a lot of staff available and I didn't wait long without someone checking on me, making sure I was being taken care of. Alejandro in particular was a great help. He and Enterprise worked directly with my insurance company and the process was extremely easy. He gave me the details on the car, my responsibilities, extended coverage and gas options, everything you'd need to know, but still got me out of there and on my way pretty quickly. And I had the same easy experience when I returned the Kia two weeks later. I don't hesitate to recommend this Enterprise location, if you need a rental car. Also, Alejandro advised that they sell cars too, something I was previously unaware of. So, something to keep in mind. Thank you, Enterprise!

Was in a car accident, insurance set up a rental and I confirmed by calling. I was told I had a…read morevehicle and given a time to pick up. I took all of my belongings out of my car, kids car seats etc. dropped off my car to the auto body shop, get to the enterprise and I am told I don't have a vehicle. When I questioned why I was told a time and that I had a vehicle, I was told customer service (whom I spoke too) has nothing to do with the actual bookings. Very disappointed in this experience and inconvenience, as I now have to pick my car up and it is not able to be fixed along with putting my 3 small children's car seats back in, the waste of my time and gas.
