I love her! Brittany is very talented. When I first started going to her, I had her cut it in a short angled (or stacked) bob. It is hard to find someone who knows how to do that cut but she does it perfectly. Since then, I have been growing my hair out. Brittany has gotten me through that terrible growing out phase (you know the one....right when it starts hitting the back of your neck and drives you crazy). My hair is now half way down my back and I love it. I've never had long hair because it is so thick. Brittany does an amazing job of texturizing my hair perfectly. You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years.
