Dr Thompson has been the primary care for me for over a decade. I'm happy with the service provided to me and my kids. The front office team has always greeted me with smiles and positivity, which really helps makes the kids (and me to a lesser extent) comfortable. I also appreciate the fact that I rarely spend more than a few minutes waiting out front before I am headed to the back to start my treatment. The dental staff take the time to explain what they plan to do before treatment start. They will explain what they are doing and approximately how long it will take before getting started. This is a big deal for me since I sometime get nervous when I get in the chair. While in the chair, Dr. Thompson's team are always attentive and take steps to minimize my level of discomfort. They do the same for my kids, making them feel comfortable. It's a big change from when I was little and feared visits to the dentist. My kids always look forward to their visit, they think Dr. Thompson's team are very nice. read more

First of all, this place is permanently closed as far as I can tell. Had absolutely horrific experiences here. Should never have gone more than once. They are horrible dentists and hygienists. Painful. Screwed up a filling that another (competent) dentist couldn't believe. If they magically do reopen...DON'T GO. read more

If you are looking for a dentist and reading this message, stop now. I am not sure where to start. From the moment I stepped foot in the office, every one was beyond awesome. The ladies in the front was pleasant and explained all of the documents that I needed to fill out. I was very nervous in the beginning, the dental assistant comforted me. The dental hygienist was very thorough a d gave me tips on how to better care for my teeth while she cleaned them. Dr. Thompson, well, she was like an open book. Beware!! This office does not perform good dental work. They will also overcharge you and refer you to their office manager who is miraculously never in the office or on "vacation". This dentist office still owes my husband money and they refuse to issue a check. read more

I absolutely love Enem and Dr. Falaiye! My problem is with the management team and how they handle claims. I told the office manager that I have two insurances, thinking one insurance will offset the other in overages. Instead of being pleasantly surprised when I received the bill, I was stunned to see that they refused to honor the two insurances because the computer software could not calculate the two, and I was told that having two insurances would cause more problems than if I had one. REALLY???? because I never seem to have any problems with any other medical professional. While in debate with the office manager, the owner, Dr. Thompson, instructed the dental hygienist to stop serving me without the rest of my dental work being completed that day, and I was asked to leave. Other issues I had with this office is they had me pay upfront for an office visit a month in advance, and they tried to bully me in getting Invisalign braces, that I would have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed from my insurance company later. First, the Invisalign suggestion was not the best product for my teeth, but they didn't care, they just saw money paid up front. I now have metal braces, the best product for my teeth, paid with both insurances from an Orthodontist that have the software that can calculate multiple insurances like a professional medical professional should. And lastly, my dental insurance company sent directly to my home several checks for over payment to LVT, so I was right all along, they were overcharging me and they do not know what they are doing. read more

I went in to get some fillings and a cleaning. I was concerned because I sometimes experience pain due to TMJ. Everything was done thoroughly, the dentist let me know what she was doing step by step AND I received a light massage to relax my jaw muscles! read more

Let me first start by saying that, not only do I hate dentists, I hate dentists. I have a fear of going to the dentist so great, that I would almost rather do the "polar swim" in 20 degree below zero water. I have been going to this dentist since 2015. I expressed to the owner, "Dr. Lisa Thompson" at my first visit how fearful I was of coming to the dentist. I informed I had a really traumatic dental experience when I was young that left me scarred for life. That being said, here is the my assessment of LVT Dental. I questioned several times about how much I was being charged, and the billing person continually told me that was what my plan allowed them to charge me. I also asked the billing person if they were a in network dentist for me, and was told "yes". I later found out they were out of network. I accept responsibility for that, but they lied about being in network for Met Life. So, I know I was overcharged, but ok. One problem is that they changed dentists and billing staff so much it's ridiculous. I had three dentists in my mouth in less than a year. That's not normal either, but I digress. So, my last dental procedure was a root canal and crown. I had the work done in the summer of 2016, and by November the entire crown had snapped off. Literally, my entire tooth (except what was up inside the gum) had fallen out. I was absolutely outdone. This was the eye tooth, right in the corner of my smile, and it looked horrible. I returned to the dentist office, and the dentist who did (sorry I don't know her name, but she has blonde hair) the work tried to make me feel as thought it was my fault. You probably bit down on something too hard". I told her, it is not normal for a root canal/crown to last for less than 6 months. I said, "you filed this tooth down so much that there was nothing left there". We could have just pulled it and added it to my partial. I asked the dentist when she was doing the work, how long this was going to last. She said, "well, if nothing gets up under the crown and causes further decay, they it should last for some years, but there is no guarantee". Ok, I could accept that. But, less than 6 months. That is absurd. I told her that was not normal. She told me that the goal was to save the tooth, and that's what we did. Tell me how you saved the tooth and it has fallen out of my head in less than 6 months. The goal was to get almost $1300. I paid all that money for nothing, and when I said that I didn't have that kind of money to throw away; she just looked at me with a blank; oh well. She cemented the crown back on to the little tooth that was left at my gum line. She told me this would not be permanent, and said I needed to come back in and have it pulled and get a new partial. Really, you think? I called to speak to Dr. Lisa, because I felt they owed me some sort of restitution. But she has never returned my call. Needless to say I was not having them back in my mouth ever again. I have since gone to another dentist who told me that the work and material used to build the tooth was weak. He said that, because of where the tooth was located, the dentist should have put a stronger post down in the canal of the tooth to hold the crown in place so that it would not snap. If the LVT dentist had used a steel post or something, the crown would have lasted much, much longer, perhaps even years. Now, I have to pay again to correct this $1300 mistake. But guess what, the fees are extremely lower. Found a dentist who is in network, and they knew that when I asked them. Word of advice people, do your research, may sure your dentist is in network before letting them put one finger in your mouth. Oh man... as a person who is terrified of the dentist, this office was great from the moment I walked in the door. I was so nervous about coming bc of previous bad experiences. I put off going and even tried to cancel my appointment. When I called to cancel they actually talked to me and asked me to just come meet the staff and the doctor. I was so shocked, I decided to keep my appointment out of curiosity. Hands down from start to finish they were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. That staff is soooo friendly and took time to explain what they wanted to do with my case. I met both doctors who consulted with me about my teeth and my fears. I have a lot to do in my mouth and was putting it off. The lady in the little office (the money office,lol) really helped me understand that I was putting my health on hold and could get sick if I waited. She wasn't mean or judgemental and gave me some financing options to get me started. This place is great and I actually started that day. I was so nervous but the hygienist Inan was very patient. They are really good in my book and care about me and my health. read more
