Came home from vacation and my husband noticed rattling coming from the ac unit. He checked and the pan was filled with water to the point of overflowing. I googled AC repair and decided to go with Joe based on reviews and the fact that the company profile said it was still open at 10 pm. I called, Joe answered right away and said he would be there in the morning. While here, he explained what was wrong with my unit. He cleaned out the pipes that were clogged and suggested we get a shut off switch so the pan does not overflow if it happened again. When he was done, he showed my husband and me the before and after pictures and explained the work he did. He did an wonderful job and has amazing customer service. However-I am compelled to recommend LVV & Joe-to anyone who has any sort of problem Joe was right on time in keeping an appointment which was made a week earlier-the only day off I had- In addition he communicated with me throughout the week-confirming that appointment-and gathering info regarding the problem w/ my AC. While it was just a small job, installing an HVAC system, Joe was very professional, was reasonably priced, and offered to help if I had any questions in the future. I was very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend this family owned business. HVAC systems are commonly used to provide heat/cooling in co-ops. My previous unit came with a two year warranty on the compressor and broke 13 days later. The unit Joe used comes with a five year warranty. Hmmmm, sounds like a good deal to me. My central air system required service II noticed reduced cooling and some ice on the unit. I called LVV and received a very prompt time slot for the same day. Joe appeared on time and after explaining the most likely causes began to systematically step through and diagnose the problem. I could not ask for a better service experience. Joe was amazing, he came to my house, wearing a mask and gloves. While we went to look at the problem outside he kept the distance and only moved in once there was enough space between us. He fix the problem and cleaned the system to prevent it from happening again. He also offered a UV light treatment of the air to kill airborne pathogens. Joe's awesome! Our boiler's heat glass was completely decimated. Joe was able to come over on the same day and was super knowledgeable on the entire unit and overnighted the replacement price all while being more than fair on pricing and a great/friendly guy overall. I've had 4 different companies look at my HVAC system that was leaking water or condensation. It's never been resolved until I tried LVV to service my system. Hi, excellent experience! called @ 8:30 PM and had service @ 8:30 the following morning.
