Can not stress how people should NOT do business with this guy. Where do we start? On water test of the house he flooded the house causing hundreds of dollars of damage to insulation and refused to pay for the replacement insulation and to date has not paid for that. Told me for weeks and weeks and weeks that to hook up the gas lines to the house after they were already run from the street to the outside of the house that it took 6-7 weeks to get the gas company to come to hook up the lines, when in fact it was 3 days when I called to do it myself what took so long is that he never built or connected the manifold for the hookup and every time I was asking about it I was told it was the gas company's job, nope was his was paid 30,000 to date via CONTRACT and never supplied the 2 navien units that were paid for as part of the contract nor any of the other equipment that went with the hookups (circulator pumps, relays, etc) and when asked about it was given some sad excuse on why they were not supplied and "I have them at my warehouse".... LIES never supplied he also changed a contract without permission stating that he was owed MORE money then he was, I have contacted the district attorney and hope to have charges brought against him for that his employees constantly smoked in the house after being asked over and over again not to and they did, I found 100's of cigarette butts around the house and they would put the cigarettes out on the WOOD subfloors after he refused to come back to the job site that he was paid 30k for via contract I found at least 6-8 more leaks as he and his people never crimped lines to avoid leaks, never connected the heat loop lines in the attic (which were supposed to be run in the walls but lazy and never did that ) toe kick heater that was spec'ed out and never ran the lines for it the main waste line to the house never connected to the sewer as paid for contracted to run a water main and then after he ran it said you know you owe me more money for this? really contract stated run new water main. this guy is a clown and scammer. where else do I go with this .. stay far far far away from this contractor I have PLENTY of pics, and witnesses to this guy s horrific work I have filed official complaints with the town of Babylon and village of Lindenhurst and am seeking to file complaints with the state as well my father is a disabled veteran and he, in essence, took money NY RISING SANDY money from a disabled person read more

I highly recommend Aurisano and Sons for all of your plumbing needs, big or small. Yesterday I came home, I go down stairs to do my laundry, found water on the floor and the water heater leaking, called several local plumbers, with no response. Called Aurisano and Sons and Ralph, the owner, immediately called me back. He calmed me down and explained to me how to shut the water off. He had a tech here within one hour, Vinny the technician, immediately proceeded to clean up the water and damage he was very friendly and knew immediately what the problem was and was a complete Pro. Not only did he install a new water heater, he also advised me being I had a finished basement, I should install a flood stop valve, which will shut the heater automatically, in case of a leak. They covered the floors, were very neat and did a great job. Great service on a Saturday night and price was very reasonable. Ralph Aurisano saved the day! Came home from a vacation on a Friday night to find our 25 year old gas burner died. Called Ralph Saturday morning and he was in our house Saturday afternoon. He was friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. He gave us all our options and his opinion. We opted to replace the entire unit. He and his friendly crew came on Tuesday as planned and, by the end of the day, we had a much better state-of-the-art system and all new thermostats at a fair price. He takes pride in his work and looks out for the best interest of his customers which is hard to come by these days! What we thought could've been a very expensive job turned into something much more simpler and cheaper because of his honesty and not wanting to jump to the worse case scenario. Ralph, Vinny and Rudy are lifesavers. We had a pipe freeze and burst leaving us with about a foot of water in our basement and no heat during the coldest weekend in the last 100 years. Ralph and his crew came immediately to help and we had heat back on within a few hours. Where do I start, I was in dire need of a plumber since my son was complaining about the cold house. I called a couple places and got ridiculous service quotes just to come to the house. However, I found Ralph via yelp, who was very pleasant and headed towards my neighborhood for another job . I communicated via text and before I even got home, Ralph was outside waiting for me.
