And the main reason for my review is to give kudos to the women I experienced. As crazy as the place was, Natalia, Kate and Amber were rock stars!!! All under extreme pressure. All emotionally controlled. All performed with notch professionalism. Two were bartenders that were serving with patience and grace under the pressures the crowds around the bars. The other was an Assistant Manager, who was actually serving our table since they were so shorthanded. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with her. Give her a raise!!! She was hustling, promoting, and making sure everybody was happy and being taken care of. She knew exactly what her assignment was. Sounded like they are making a few improvements that are in the works. The online menu ordering process needs to be seamless. Currently a broken system. It would help with the lack of servers. I ordered the taco salad with chicken and what I received was more like a taco chicken bowl. It was OK. A little boring. It wasn't what I expecting. I was under the impression I was going to get a taco salad in a taco shell. The shell would have added some texture. And maybe add some fresh cilantro. Definitely needed something.
