Exceptional Craftsmanship and Service at Noble Esthetic Dental Studio!…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Noble Esthetic Dental Studio, and I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone in need of top-tier cosmetic dental work. After being referred to them by my fantastic dentist, Dr. May Y. Huang, I needed a crown for one of my two front teeth. For those who might not know, matching a front tooth crown is no easy feat--it requires incredible precision and artistry to get the size, shape, color, and bite just right. And that's exactly what the talented team at Noble Esthetic Dental Studio delivered! From the moment I arrived at the lab, I was impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail. The artist who worked on my crown was a true expert. She took her time to ensure every aspect of the tooth was carefully matched, from its color and contour to the subtle imperfections and translucencies that make teeth look natural. She even replicated the unique characteristics of my other front tooth so seamlessly that I was in awe of the result. It's not just about matching a color swatch--it's about capturing the feel of a real tooth, and they did that flawlessly. I made two visits to the lab, which allowed the team to fine-tune the fit and ensure that the crown would be perfect. And perfect it was! When Dr. Huang placed the crown, she was thrilled with the outcome, but honestly, I was the happiest. The crown is absolutely indistinguishable from my natural tooth. It looks so incredibly natural that I can't even tell which one is the replacement! I cannot thank the team at Noble Esthetic Dental Studio enough for their exceptional craftsmanship and for going above and beyond to create such a flawless result. Their skill, precision, and artistry are truly unparalleled. A huge thank you also goes to Dr. May Y. Huang, whose expertise and collaboration with the lab made this whole process smooth and successful. If you're in need of cosmetic dental work--especially anything as intricate as a front tooth crown--I wholeheartedly recommend Noble Esthetic Dental Studio and Dr. May Y. Huang! They are consummate professionals who are committed to perfection in every detail. I'm thrilled with my new smile and couldn't be happier with the results!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office today. I am sharing this experience so…read moreother patients are aware of how treatment decisions are handled here. I scheduled a routine cleaning appointment. During the visit, I was told that some of my gum measurements were between 4-6 mm and that I would need a deep cleaning instead. I understand that dentists may recommend additional treatments based on their clinical judgment. However, I clearly stated multiple times that I was not comfortable proceeding with deep cleaning during this visit and that I only wanted the regular cleaning I had originally scheduled. Despite explaining this several times, the staff continued to push the deep cleaning. I was eventually asked by the office manager to sign a refusal form confirming that I declined the recommended treatment. The situation felt unnecessarily pressured and uncomfortable. After I declined the deep cleaning, the hygienist performed what appeared to be an extremely brief cleaning that lasted only a few minutes. The process felt rushed and did not resemble the standard cleaning service I had scheduled or previously received at other dental offices. At one point, after I stated again that I did not want the deep cleaning, the hygienist used a metal scaler to scrape a couple of times on my back molars and showed me the tartar. There was no proper rinsing with water and no thorough cleaning performed. At the end of the visit, I informed the office manager and the owner that I did not receive the service I had originally scheduled. I asked the owner directly whether the reason I was not allowed to receive a regular cleaning was because I refused the deep cleaning they recommended. He confirmed that this was indeed the reason. I fully respect that dentists may recommend treatments they believe are necessary. However, patients should also have the right to decline a recommended procedure and still receive the service they originally booked without feeling pressured or dismissed. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a sales push than patient-centered care. Patients should feel comfortable discussing treatment options without feeling pressured into procedures they are not ready to accept.

Hillcrest dental has the best hours and never make me wait that are always polite and thorough with my services. No runs around- no over charging - takes time to do it right - tells me the best way to proceed to keep my teeth healthy. I tried to get a new dentist when I moved but it was a horrible visit and I found out why good help is hard to come by. I'm loyal to Hillcrest !

It took weeks to heal and I still have some scar tissue that I had another dentist examine. The whole ordeal was very painful for my tongue. Later, when the Novocain wore off on my cheek, there was a lot of pain there too from the drill damage. At the time it happened my mouth would fill up with blood, and I had to keep swallowing it because everyone left the room. (he sees multiple patients at one time - chaos). I told him at the time there was a lot of damage to my tongue and he waved that off saying: "little cut". Well, it was a LOT more damage than a little cut both on the tongue and where he drilled into the cheek. When he works on you his hands shake and as another reviewer said it appears he has some kind of problem. When I got to my car I called my wife and told her the situation. By the time I got home she had looked up other reviews and found numerous references to the hands shaking. I quote them below: "Also, the dentist shakes like he has parkinsons. I am sorry if he does have a disease that causes him to tremmor, but maybe not the best profession." Frank M. one star review Yelp "Run away from this psycho dentist from Hell! He's freaking crazy and his hands shake up when he's doing your teeth.." Meme I. Yelp "Yes, his hands shake .." Nicole C. Yelp I've had several doctors tell me I have a high tolerance for pain)" L.P. Yelp "DO NOT GO HERE. It seems that the dentist has some kind of neurological disorder that effects his motor skills and he cannot control his hands very well. This causes him to be really rough and clumsy when he is drilling etc. He even dropped the drill inside my mouth while it was still engaged, causing a hole to be drilled through the underside of my tongue - I was bleeding everywhere. He did not apologize or anything but acted like it was totally normal." Ed Tinker Google Maps review
