The company (Marv's Tree Service) has a contract with the city (thus the URBAN in the name) to remove dead or unwanted trees. And instead of being discarded, they are cut into natural-edged slabs and sold here. The people here LOVE this wood. So many kinds of wood here. I personally don't do any woodworking but I might end up starting to do that now, so that is the only problem I can see with this shop!
