Say less let's do it." Chloe was wonderful and responded the same day by text and personally called me to answer all of my questions. I had a lot after doing my homework, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. She sent me extremely clear instructions on parking and entrance and all these small things just make the entire experience more enjoyable and less brain-power to use which is always so appreciated. Joanne, who is Allergan-trained, originally from Korea, and has more than 10 years of CoolSculpting experience, was phenomenal during my consult. She assessed my body and contours with a real artist's eye and helped determine the best treatment plan for me without ever making it feel like a larger package was needed versus a smaller one. On treatment day, (exciting!) Joanne Keylsye and Tiffany made everything easy and super comfortable. They explained what to do before, during, and after treatment to get the best results and took great care of me throughout (wrapped like a baby in blankets and support pillows half the time haha!). On top of everything...their pricing was also at LEAST 30% better than several other clinics I researched, and yet their combined experience and training was high quality and top tier from ladies who have done over thousands of sessions of this and know how to do it properly. One thing that absolutely stood out was Joanne's incredible post-treatment massage. She takes it seriously and is very thorough, which was important to me after learning how much the massage can matter after CoolSculpting! Other clinic massages are weak compared to what she does and if you do the research, you'll see how much it actually matters with results. And do you want to pay more elsewhere for less results? That's what I thought. ;) I had a blast. I watched Korean cooking travel shows the entire time (even with Joanne haha! Giving me the Korean-scoop on all the places and food and her own history with Korea), took several naps, and was kept so comfortable I barely felt like I was there for a procedure. During my call with the representative at (480) 542-7002, she explained the pricing and began recommending package options. I told her I wanted some time to review the pricing and think it over before making a decision. Instead of respecting that, she became increasingly pushy and pressured me to commit on the spot. When I said I wasn't ready to make a decision, she responded, "It seems you're not ready," in a dismissive tone and continued trying to pressure me into purchasing a package. I politely explained that I would review the numbers on my own and could schedule an appointment later if I decided to move forward. She clearly didn't like that response and abruptly hung up on me. I called back because I thought we had been disconnected. Instead, the person who answered pretended she hadn't just spoken with me and hung up a second time. I got a call back asked to speak with the representative I had originally spoken to, but they refused to identify her. I also asked for a corporate customer service number or an HR contact so I could report the incident, and they refused to provide either. That level of accountability--or lack thereof--is extremely concerning. They said HR is only internal for customers. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was shocking. No potential customer should be treated this way simply because they want time to make an informed financial decision. This experience made it feel like the priority was making a sale rather than helping a customer. Very shameful conduct from a company that expects people to trust them with their business. Do better.

SKINLUXLA in downtown Los Angeles is a true hidden treasure! I recently had surgery and I was in need of some post-op lymphatic drainage to aid in my recovery. From the moment I walked in, I was transported to a world of relaxation and rejuvenation. The themed rooms are absolutely stunning and I particularly loved the one the the pink fur and twinkle light canopy over the massage table, it was like being in a dream. But the real star of the show was Luciana. She is a goddess when it comes to post-op lymphatic drainage. Her technique was gentle yet effective, and it made a huge difference in my recovery. My body felt like a new person after her magic touch. The swelling and discomfort reduced significantly after just one session, and I was able to move around with much more ease. And let me tell you, it's not easy to make me laugh during a massage but she managed to do it with her quirky sense of humor. I highly recommend SKINLUXLA for anyone looking for a unique spa experience that will leave you feeling like a brand new person, especially if you're recovering from surgery. This is why holistic and alternative medicine treatments matter. Jessica is extremely well versed in the women's body and I deal with constant visible inflammation and tenderness in my body along with chronic stress. I used to have a large swollen lump on the side of my neck which western doctors ruled as a fat cyst and after my initial treatment with Jessica it was gone I had that lump for two years before anyone ever listened to me and medical doctors dismissed it but Jessica knew it was concerning and she got rid of it in one treatment. This time around I can back urgently seeking help because the neck lumps came back again she is able to treat them and address deeper health issues that western doctors don't pick up. As a Graduate student these treatments are hard to afford but worth it because my body really needs it. If you are recovering or navigating a health issue I think you should come here and give it a try. My body feels addressed every time I leave. Thank god for eastern medicine and for Jessica's healing hands. Only con is parking come with time to make your appointment time and respect everyone's time especially Jessica's it's a small business.
