I knew they had to be left at the theater when I could not find them. I thought they would be thrown away but decided to go back and ask if they had a lost and found. A very nice young man asked if my glasses were all black and I said yes. He said, "Just a moment," and went and got my glasses and brought them back to me. I am so grateful. The seating is some of the most comfortable luxury theatre seating (reclining/heated...but who needs heated in Texas?!?) I've experienced. We saw Supergirl and did DBox seating (immersive technology: vibration and motion synchronized with action in a film). The sound quality was incredible and the screen visuals top-notch. Concession prices are the same as everywhere. No surprise. Popcorn is fresh. They've got frozen cocktails, beer, etc. Employees are nice. Absolutely great experience.

Upon arrival, I wanted to pay with my MoviePass card and so I walked to the ticketing booth and the young lady was on her phone and had an AirPod in. I scared the DAYLIGHT out of her. At the concessions, I had 3 coupons from a Christmas promo. The poor guy had to enter them separately and this is where things got weird. I asked him what was closest to $5 and he said a bottled beverage. On the screen it showed $5.80 for a bottled beverage. When he rang up my Fairlife chocolate milk (I'll get to this later), it was $6.30 or $6.80. Either way, I got to use my coupons even though it took 7-10 min. My popcorn was stale and severely disappointing but whatever...it was 9am. The chocolate milk, well, I thought it was a protein shake as it did end up having 23g of protein. However, it did not use the lactose free milk and I suffered drastically during the middle of the film. That was my fault. The Coke Zero syrup was okay but I've had better. The concession area was spectacularly clean. The patron checking tickets was super diligent and wonderful at his job. I was happy to, once again, see how local Cinemarks hire those with disabilities. My seat didn't recline all of the way and now I know why no one chose my row (I wish they would have told me it was a Dbox row when I purchased the ticket). Overall, a decent experience and I would be back!
