Updating my review after the dealership responded publicly asking me to reach out. Unfortunately, the experience has continued to decline. It took multiple calls (nearly 5 attempts) and about 30 minutes on hold just to get in touch with the General Sales Manager. This has been a consistent issue -- no one at the dealership answers the phone or returns calls, which makes resolving anything extremely difficult. When we were finally able to speak with Hussain, the information provided was inconsistent and misleading. We were told that a payoff check had already been sent to Mazda. However, after contacting Mazda Financial Services directly, we were informed that no payoff had been received and no payoff had even been requested until today. We were then given conflicting explanations (including that a check was sent to the "wrong location"), which does not align with what Mazda confirmed. Additionally, there was an attempt to shift responsibility onto the broker involved in the transaction. To be clear, the dealership is ultimately responsible for processing the payoff and completing the transaction correctly. That is the purpose of dealer fees, and this situation is entirely within the dealer's control. At this point, the issue appears to be a combination of poor communication, lack of follow-through, and inaccurate information being shared with customers. Meanwhile, the delay has resulted in a past due account and additional fees -- all of which should have been avoided if this had been handled properly from the start. Jimmy Luna has to be one of the worst managers I've ever dealt with. He acted like I was asking for too much just trying to get information about my out-of-state registration. What a joke. Usually I don't care about dealership ratings because they vary by so much. But, this dealership truly deserves their rating. Had an appointment at 10 AM to look at one of their vehicles. Get there at 10 and they said "oh my manager is driving this vehicle. But she lives close so let me get it from her." Sure, I guess? Tells me it'll only be 30 minutes. Fine I'll wait. Well 30 minutes turned into over an hour of me waiting for this vehicle. I waited so long that I told them to not even clean it because I was over waiting. Car pulls up and the car is beat to hell. Literally. They'll say "oh you can see the scratches in the pictures". But not like this. Front bumper had 4-5 HUGE marks on it. The hood had probably an 8 inch deep scratch. The door had a big dent on it. Car smelled like smoke. What a joke. They also tried sticking a $3,000 dealer warranty on me. I had to argue with them to take it off. "Oh split it with me". Absolutely not, take it off. Well, they took off the $3,000 after a few back and forth, but only took off $2,700 on the out the door price. Argued with them about that, but ultimately said, "if I like the car, idc about the $300 extra dollars." Keep in mind this was ALL before I saw the car. Actually I will leave them no stars. I bought a used car from there on 3-28-26, to date I have not received a registration or license plates. I received a message from Carfax stating that the emissions inspection was due on 3-31-26 (which means it is past due inspection). I have been up there on 4 different occasions in April for various reasons and each time they give you a story that they feel you will except but it never holds true. If you email them you get a message back telling you to call Hussain, however his line is never active. I wish I had read some of the reviews before I gave them my money. Also they told me that the price on the internet is only if you finance the car, if you pay cash for the car there is a $3000.00 fee for paying cash so I figured I would let them finance it and pay the finance company off in 2 payments. However, I am not going to pay off a car that has no registration or plates so that it can be towed. As part of the deal they agreed to do the out-of-state registration from my vehicle. After giving my state's DMV some time to catch up on opening up mail, I found out they never received anything. I called Lynnes Nissan to find out what had happened. They asked for additional documentation which I sent immediately. It's been over a month since that phone call and my state's DMV still has NO documentation. First... the price, there is no Lynne's price. $15,000 is really $20,000. They don't even tell you the final price at financing, they literally do NOT say the final price. Second... The care, I bought a certified used car, and they didn't even update the system, and my audio bass and treble was turned all the way, causing cracking in the speaker. Lucky I caught it when within 30 days. Third... the run around. Having to deal with them on the phone is beyond a headache. You'll be transferred to the wrong department and possibly disconnected. Fourth... Miscommunication. It's been 6 weeks and I still haven't gotten my license plates. When I call to ask about them, the rude DMV department receptionist said they don't have them. A week before my tag was set to expire I reached out to the salesman John Patrick Venida to inquire about my tags and I was told "We are working on it". I was told that he would email me an extension letter but I never received one. Two weeks after my tags was expired I received a text stating that the plates was in but, I owed a balance of $354 for DMV. In my contract it was listed that $999 was for documentation fee and $225 was for the title so I demanded to see an itemized receipt stating why I had a balance. The manager than changed his words and said that the $354 is because they undercharged me for the sales tax. In my contract it states that the sales tax is for $3,137 but the manager is stating that it should have been for $3,400. That total still doesn't make up the $354 that they are trying to say that i owe. I told him that he was in breach of the sign contract and he said that he is not giving me my plates until I pay him $354. The plates that I already paid for, they are refusing to give it to me. As a business owner it takes a lot for me to leave a company a bad review however this is very warranted and I have to share my experience to possibly prevent what I experience from happening to someone else. I saw a vehicle I was interested in online and called the dealership. After a few days of thinking and speaking to my father who was a past customer I decided to go and look in person. I liked what I saw however the car didn't have a working battery to test drive or check important functions. However based on my fathers good past experience I decided to buy the truck even tho I couldn't properly test it. I was told the battery just needed a jump but once I signed all the docs they still couldn't get the truck to start. They decided to swap my battery with another cars on the lot. I had no issue with this being that I was buying a used car as long as it worked however it didn't. My blind spot detectors weren't working I had a warning light and my adjustable mirrors weren't working as well. after driving off I told Rosa who was a very nice and helpful sales woman I was working with and she said the battery would be replaced just come back tomorrow The next day I came in and waited around for 3 hours just for a battery to be replaced. I assume JIMMY the manager there didn't feel this was priority since they already had my money. After the long wait I jump in my vehicle rushing to work and realize the battery was fixed however the mirror was not and couldn't be adjusted still. I came back the next day and the manager JIMMY said that the mirror was cosmetic and that it wouldn't be fixed. I would expect a $23,000 car to have working mirrors. I also have no doubt in my mind that if the car initially had a working battery and I detected this they would have gladly fixed it to make the sale. If you buy a car from this dealer I highly recommend that you test all features so you don't end up in the same position I am currently in. The sales associates are very nice it's just sad that the dealership is poorly managed. A $200 dollar repair could have prevented this feedback. It's not about the money it's the principal. Something as basic as removing snow and ensuring clear visibility was overlooked, which is unacceptable and dangerous. On top of that, random charges were added for things like window cleaning and interior cleaning that were never requested or clearly explained upfront. These add-ons significantly increased the total cost and made the entire process feel extremely misleading and, honestly, scam-like. While some of the sales staff I interacted with were polite and helpful, the male manager was the complete opposite. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen or address concerns. Update: Nightmare. It has been almost 3 months since we purchased the car in cash. We ended up having but another car in MD, because LYNNES NISSAN REFUSES TO TRANSFER THE TITLE. They refuse to transfer the title or register the car though we paid registration and taxes on july 14th at time of purchase in full. The temp tags ran out almost a month ago and they refused to provide new ones. We have to BUY ANOTHER CAR because these guys refuse to file the paperwork. We can't drive the car we bought and paid for. The people we worked with there to buy the car refuse to return calls. NJ requires title in hand and transfer of title in 10 days. This seems illegal on so many levels. Update: After reviewing the contract, it appears they added $800+ to the advertised price agreed upon. I assumed the" on the road price" was what we agreed to, which was the carfax advertised price (on their website and documents)+ dealer fee (999.99)+ tax and tags. Since we were in a rush, and Kelvin was busy, I didn't request an itemization and trusted his math. Hopefully they will admit the error and refund the overage. We called to discuss it with them today, but both Kelvin and Badeline were out of the office. If they don't make it right, we just drove 3.5 hours to get a worse deal than we could have gotten locally. SMH. I really hoped we'd found a reputable dealer. Update / Warning: Lynne's Nissan has called me multiple times today Saturday, August 16, 7:41 PMand called me a "some Choice words as well as miserable person." This is the kind of company you're dealing with. Everything I've stated is factual, with date- and time-stamped documentation of all interactions, including the harassment calls. My paperwork will stand up in court if need be because it is the truth. If they call me again, I will involve the authorities. I honestly started not to write this review, but when I saw that they are still selling the exact same car they sold me (a Lexus NX 300, VIN ending in 5964), I changed my mind. People need to know. I have every single thing in writing and I can prove it When I first came in, they tried to upsell me by $10,000. Only after I threatened to involve Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau and social media did they finally drop to the actual price they should have offered in the first place. That was my first red flag. They told me the car was "checked out" and had no issues. That was a lie. Before the warranty expired, I had it inspected, and there was already a powertrain leak. I brought it back under warranty, and Lynne's Nissan claimed they "fixed it." But instead, they kept my car until the warranty expired -- and when I asked for an extension (since the delay was on their end), they completely ignored me. As soon as I got the car back, I took it to an actual Lexus dealership for a full inspection. Lexus confirmed two separate powertrain leaks and other issues. In short: * Lynne's Nissan never properly inspected the car before selling it. * They didn't fix the leak when I brought it in. I asked for the work report they never provided to me, and if they did fix it well they messed up the car even more because it had two additional powertrain leaks that should've been covered under the warranty that they will not extend * They kept it until the warranty expired to dodge responsibility. I even gave them the full Lexus report showing everything wrong, and they still refused to do the right thing. The only smooth part of this nightmare was returning the car and getting my money back -- and that only happened because I believe they were tired of me I demanded and I put everything in writing, and refused to back down. Lynne's and I agreed to to arbitration to settle. I presented my evidence showing that they didn't give me any value for my used car. Lynne's defense was that they no longer had that paperwork after 7 years. Due to Covid, this case took almost 10 years. I presented proof that I initially inquired about this after 2 years. The things that I unfortunately had to go through were unwarranted and beyond unethical. I was misinformed on how to handle GAP claims and met with deception when trying to get information from the dealership. This led to me "missing payments" on a car that was totaled, fully insured, and had GAP insurance. When confronting the dealership, I was told that it was my fault after they told me several times that if I had GAP everything would be taken care of. Never once did they mention that I need to handle everything make phone calls and get it done, that the procedures changed over the years. Only upon confronting the dealership did they try to explain that the procedures had recently changed. Another one of my vehicles purchased from here was given the wrong license plate. Someone else had mine and I had theirs. My vehicle was towed impounded and after multiple court visits, returned to me. When the dealership first wrote the letter for the Judge they wrote the wrong plate number on the letter. They said welp it was a mistake we helped fix the problem, what else do you want? They never understood or acknowledged the magnitude and severity of having their customers riding around with other peoples license plates. If there was enough space to go into detail on how much attitude and disrespect I received through all this, I would but even with this little information I'm sure you can understand that at this point I'm frustrated and angry and would hate for someone else to have to go through this. My last visit trying to get the last bit of information the GAP insurance requested regarding my vehicle warranty still not being refunded from a car that was totaled almost a year ago now ended in me being threatened to get thrown out of the dealership yelled at and belittled by the General Sales Manager Hussain Ghamlouch in the middle of the sales floor because I mentioned the word incompetent while describing to him my feelings about dealership and employees. Went to this dealership for a lease offer displayed on their website stating $229 a month for 39 months with $1999 down plus taxes and fees for a Rogue sv awd. Called ahead to verify they would honor that lease offer which the manager stated yes. went to the dealer ship at the scheduled time and no appointment had been made on their part, I explained we were there for the lease offer with the prepared out of pocket for down payment and taxes/fees. Rep came back from manager with a breakdown of 2000 down payment, taxes of $2800, doc fee of $999, DMV of $450, Acquistion fee of $695, CC fee of $500, and about two other fees I have never seen before to bring us to $260 a month. When asked to explain the fee's and how they came up with the numbers the rep stated he just wanted to know what amount we were willing to put down and that the manager gets the numbers from the computer. Repeated that we weren't there negotiating a purchase and just wanted the lease offer which we knew we qualified for with our tier 1 credit. After another back and forth, I got up and left. Absolute garbage experience and wasn't aware old school bait and switch tactics with fake offers and fake bloated fee amounts was still a thing as if the consumer doesn't have access to the internet. This honestly is the most garbage dealership and overall must be the WORST experience with anything I have ever had to deal with in my life. Wife has a 2018 Fully loaded Rogue. We visited over 10 times. And they could never correct the issues. Key fobs can't be programmed or figured out despite 4-5 service visits and a whole new fob, service being incompetent. Volume knob was worked on two times and still doesn't work. They gave us a rental car for almost two weeks to end up not even doing anything with my wife's car. Glad I refused to pay for the rental. Ultimately I was able to do it myself with a scanner and program that lets you program settings on your car. Took me 10 minutes and $50 for the program and an additional $80 for the OB scanner tool. Still saved time and money learning this stuff myself. You can literally teach yourself how to do everything on these cars yourself and save more time than dealing with these people. The microphone on the car went bad and the service department couldn't get it together and it was 4 different visits of leaving the car there for this to FINALLY be replaced and it took getting a manager or something involved. This dealership has the nerve to have an attitude ,but here we are paying a warranty and on top of that a $100 deductible. All for it to be useless and not do anything. Waste of time and money. Do not waste your time! Biggest SCAMMERS ever! George, the used sales floor manager is condescending and nasty. The advertised price of the vehicle we test drove was almost almost $17,000. We expected dealer/tax fees of $1000. What we did not expect was $4,000 in "fees" one of which was a $1,995 "insurance" fee. It covers tears in the seats or broken glass should something happen to the vehicle during the period you have your loan. I told George we did not want the coverage - he very nastily told us we had no choice and if we didn't like it we could leave. He said it was how the dealership makes their money. Sure - by charging people for so they may never use!!! We initially negotiated $700 off the cost of the vehicle (before we knew about the additional $4000 in fees) and when I mentioned I submitted my information on their website for the additional $500 off the price they told me they would not honor it. Needless to say we left. How can you trust their vehicles if they are lying left and right about their business practices? A $16,000 vehicle ended up with a $21,000 price tag for a 2013 Ford. I went to this dealership to replace my sons car which we lost in the flood. I had a price that I was willing to pay. I met with a salesman. Seemed like a nice guy. We checked out a car and went inside to talk price. I'll call the salesman BOOB. So BOOB goes and gets his papers and tries to razz me dazzle me with this shiny paper with all the stuff they check and protect for this semi ridiculous price. I said I don't want it. So he comes back with the numbers. I countered with a VERY low ball offer it was downright ridiculous actually. So we went back and forth a bit and he came back with another number. They were giving me the military discount of $1000 and a customer loyalty discount and some other discount. So I countered with a much more reasonable offer. Still low but we were allegedly negotiating. The salesman Boob then proceeded to laugh hysterically so loud that everyone in the dealership could hear him! He repeated my offering price two times very loudly and laughed hysterically. Maybe it's me but I found this to be the most unacceptable behavior on Boob's part. This was A- Rude B- Condescending C- Insulting and Absolutely unprofessional! Never in all my years have I been sooo disrespected by a salesperson. Maybe he forgot that the customer is the one who pays his bills, puts the food in his table, and keeps the roof over his head. Hey Boob you need to wise up chief. Beware used car shoppers. I made an appointment to see a specific used car using the dealer's stock number. I was assured that the car was on the lot and ready for a test drive. I emphasized that it really had to be ready bc it is difficult for me to arrange to get to the showroom. When I got there, it was not available. This is a classic bait and switch. Read the other reviews. A customer complained of this exact experience at Lynne's last month. Lynne's response feigns ignorance of their business practices. Their internet customer service reps are financially rewarded for each customer they get into the showroom. Until they change how they incentivize their internet customer service reps, shoppers will continue to travel only to find out that the used car that they came for is not available. read more

So I wrote a post a while ago and Lynne's got back to me real quick to address the negative comment. Service manager calls me, apologizes, then explains how they can remedy the problem. Brought my car in for 2 recalls, they schedule me, but then realize they don't have parts for the job hours later. Took off work for nothing. The manager says he will have my car picked up from my home when the parts come in to make up for the service error. Guess what?.?. Still waiting for this call to pick up and fix my recalls. I wish I had read the reviews for Lynnes Nissan before I bought a car here. The worst customer service I have ever encountered when purchasing a car. My salesperson Camille assured me that any problem that I had with the car that she would be there to assist. She sold me a car with a faulty fuel line that resulted in a noisy vibration. When I called on her to help me with servicing the car to fix the problem, I got the run around. I got tired of her promises that she never made good on, so I handled the issue without her. It has been almost a month since I purchased this car, and I still do not have the registration. I knew not to call my salesperson, Camille, so I called and asked for the sales manager, Ian, to inquire about this and to tell him about my poor experience with Camille. He was rude and unprofessional and did nothing to make my experience at Lynnes Nissan better. I strongly recommend that you do not buy a car at Lynnes Nissan. read more

Christian the finance manager went about and beyond to get me out of and into a new Altima. We had so many problems last year during COVID we had to do a VIRTUAL return and then we were being billed for months we had the car but it sat there.... we wanted to return it but the dealers were not permitted to take them back.
