He was very understanding--particularly of our desire to keep a tight budget--and prompt to schedule a tasting for us. As soon as the tasting finished, we knew we would sign with TYTC for everything but dessert. The food was superb, not just run-of-the-mill wedding "fish and chicken," but flavorful and cooked to perfection. TYTC also has dozens of appetizer options, perfect for all cuisines and preferences. There was no issue adding items that were non-dairy and GF for several guests with dietary restrictions. In the months before our wedding, Diego was responsive and communicative. He led us know a few months before the wedding that he may need to be on travel...and could miss our wedding. This was only worrying when, after doing walkthroughs (x2), questions kept popping up that we had already answered about décor, timeline etc. Fortunately, Diego handed us off to his colleague Paola who has an extensive background in weddings.
