I came in the other day to get a copy of a key. The lady got me in and out in about 5 minutes but when I got home, the key didn't open my door. So I went back to the store and I told the man that was there what happened. He took my original key and made me another key. This time the key worked perfectly. The lady was very friendly and nice. When I went back the man didn't seem to happy about having to make me another key though. For two copies it was $3.80. And all of their key chains and accessories are fairly priced. read more

Amazing, I will start with why I came in. I needed four keys made for my husband fork lifts, i had already gone 3 places that could not make any of the keys. Came here and all 4 keys made for $10 in less that 3 minutes! Here comes the best part...like the genius I am....I LOCKED MY KEYS IN MY CAR, yup right outside the locksmith. Tossed them on the seat and locked her up. Luckily for me the customer service here really goes above and beyond, the man helping me was able to make a key just by looking at my key sitting on my seat. Most places would not even attempt this I am sure, let alone actually accomplish it. It took him quite a few tries, but he never quit! It took about 30 minutes and in the end he only charged me a few dollars for the key. I could not possibly be more pleased with the folks here. i drive a fairly new car and nothing about it is every easy, the last time i locked my key in my car it took the Roadside assistance people 3 hours to get me back in. I would recommend them to anyone, again and again. I hope they get amazing karma points for their wonderful service today. read more

I read all the great reviews on here, so I decided to check it out... totally surpassed my expectations! I just recently lost all my keys, car, house, mailbox, etc. And I needed a new car key but definitely didn't want to go to the dealership. Walked in, they had my car key in stock (2012 Honda Accord), cut and programmed the key in ten minutes for $165. AND they fixed my original key that was missing a screw. The gentleman that cut and programmed my key (didn't catch his name unfortunately) was so kind and helpful, I really appreciated it. Everyone else was so kind and welcoming as well. Boy oh Boy! So, I had to replace a car key because the casing deteriorated after 11 years of use. I brought the uncut key and case online. I had quotes for double plus the amount of what I was able to get the key cut for at Lynn's. These guys know their stuff, so instead of just cutting the key, they tested it out first to be sure the one I brought to them was indeed the correct key to cut. It was not! I got a new key for the 1/2 the price I was going to be charged just to have a mobile service cut a key I already had. NICE!!!!! read more

Wow. My first experience here was great. The last couple times were mediocre but not worth changing my review. This time they get one star. They charged me $11 to cut a simple flat steel key. It will probably work but it wasn't even the correct blank. Most single cut keys cost $1.50, why wouldn't you say something up front when it is that much more expensive. It's like ordering a beer that is normally $2.50 and the bartender telling you after they serve it to you that it's $18. They were not very friendly either, even before I complained about the cost. read more
