I scheduled an oil change at E-Motive Performance and Auto Repair after extensive searching and praying to God for a mechanic I could take my car to regularly. I had to change my original appointment with short notice due to the weather earlier this week and today I was like an hour late to my appointment because of poor time management on my part. When I walked into the shop, I was welcomed so kindly by Esten, who introduced himself and his partner to me. He listened to all the concerns I had about my car, then waited patiently for me to get myself together and figure out how I would wait for the work to be done. Rather than send me to the back of the line, they worked on my car right away they explained so much to me about cars when it was clear I didn't know much, Esten even called my dealership to check to see if I still had a warranty on any of my parts! He went above and beyond for me even without knowing me. He told me everything I needed once they checked my car out, gave me a list of prices including the labor charges, gave me a timeframe of when I should be replacing things and I was just literally blown away by their ability to relieve all of my concerns and give me an affordable game plan moving forward. As a woman, this type of professionalism is invaluable to me! It's just a small shop in the middle of nowhere and I got the best service I have ever had in comparison. In the beginning, I use to get a quote from Dave, run home and do some shopping around, then end up always coming back to have them work on the vehicle. They are certainly good at what they do and don't rip you off doing so. Now it's the only place I send my vehicles and have recommended friends and family there all the time. For a place run by two guys, they turn things around pretty quick! Definitely book ahead a week or so and get your car there the night before. They have always delivered on time and with quality work. Also, I love the straight simple answers Dave always give. Some guys can run their mouths too much to get you to fix something. They simply let you know the facts and then let you decide. For that, I trust them.

I called Lee Myles, and Brad took the time to explain to me all the issues that failed inspection. Not only was he friendly and patient, but they quoted me HALF of what I was getting from every other shop. As they work on your car, you get emails with updates showing pictures of what they're finding during inspection and working on, which really helped me (a 25-year-old female) ensure that I wasn't getting scammed. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest people to tell you the facts and get your car fixed for cheap. Never have I ever had worst work done…read more I have more problems with the car than it came with. I seriously don't know why this shop here with all of the guys in there you would think that they know what their doing But they don't. I took my car over there and the had things stolen from my car, charged me thousands in cash for my e break tires and dash and inspection and all of these test to be done but when I gotten my car. it was as if they did nothing. E brake still doesn't work lights still up on the dash, buttons that worked before no longer work now. & then on top of the charge extra for parts that were stolen when it was in the possession don't trust this shop especially the employees&their prices or their work.

This included two personal vehicles, my daughters vehicle, and my work vehicle. I paid every bill without question. In January, i had four tires mounted and balanced at near $200 for just m&b. Next day, all four were leaking (but only one severely enough to be noticed). Returned to MAC and discovered stem leaked (all were eventually found to leak). I suggested maybe just tighten the nut. I was told, by the Owner, "i don't make money tightening nuts", and, you're "taking food out of my mouth". I took this as a joke. Same vehicle winds up with alignment issues, and because of MAC booking 3 weeks out now, i did all the work elsewhere to replace suspension parts, but had an appointment for Wednesday to do an alignment, with the understanding they may not be able to get my vehicle on their lift. So i popped in with the car to see if they could verify they could do the work (because this issue is keeping the car off the road, and i can't afford to keep burning my time on this issue). Before i could get a word out, the Owner launched a vicious personal attack on myself, in the presence of his two employees. In addition to ranting about the leaking tire stem issue from January, he was rip shit mad that i had asked him how he charges to assemble a strut (by the hour, which i told him was fair, but apparently he was incensed i had asked). I had joked, "don't you do that free". Well, don't joke with this man, he'll rip you apart. After unbelievable rude and insane ranting (all while I'm apologizing and trying to calm him down, he told me never come back). So this is how he ended a 25 year relationship. I know they don't accept new customers (which may explain the bullying insanity I experienced) but incase they destroy enough long-term customer base and start needing new customers......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
