I never leave reviews but this guy really deserves all the Stars he went above and beyond..We had our carpets cleaned once, with the understanding that pet odors might resurface--and unfortunately, they did. Since I'm not accustomed to pet smells, it was very noticeable and frustrating. I called Mike, and he was immediately concerned and truly listened to everything I had to say. Honestly, I think he was even more disappointed than I was, knowing that such beautiful carpets--only one year old--had not been properly cared for. Thanks to Mike, we were completely saved from having to spend even more money. Although i haven't met him personally, the way my husband spoke about him and the incredible job he did says everything. We were so impressed with their service and professionalism in dealing with water mitigation that when we decided not to use the (super shady) contractor who bid out the repairs, we called ServiceMaster to see if they could take the job. Nick's team did fantastic work. I've flipped two houses and am very picky with an eye for detail. The tile guys did a much better job laying and grouting the new floor than the one that had been put in 3 years ago, just before we moved in. Caulking, drywall, paint, etc. were all finished meticulously, and the guys cleaned up after themselves carefully every day. Note that these guys are currently backed up for 6-8 weeks for repair work, so patience is definitely required, but they're worth the wait.
