This is my entire experience with Lyte technology I bought this PC on my birthday after seeing it on as a IG post.. I know that sounds sketch but I am a gamer and the console life just wasn't for me anymore, the BEST gamers play PC and I knew I had to get my foot in the door somehow. I went through the process of asking all my friends about the specs of PCs etc. when I told them the spec of the computer I bought (its the onyx highly recommend) everyone agreed its was great price and in some cases better then the PC they owned... ok so here is where the part of my story matters, after only downloading 3 games on steam and being told my storage was full, I immediately knew something was wrong being a brand new PC owner I call Lyte technology(LT) and a tech answers the phone and gives me all the polite answers needed. We figure the HD is corrupted and the gentleman explains I will have my HD sent to by next week. I go on vacation for 5 days come home no HD, NBD call LT up again they say sir no problem will send the HD right away. 7 days go by, nothing I call again and they explain how they don't know why is hasn't been sent yet etc. fast forward now 5 weeks of almost daily calls and first name basis with the small group of workers they have there, I finally got the correct tracking # and my package finally came in containing my new HD that was then upgraded from 500gb to 1TB. CAN NOT complain there, I figure out my issue was that the plastic part for the old HD broke off and that's why my HD was not being registered. I called back to explain they let me keep both HDs (if i can ever get the 2nd one to work) In summation although I waited 5 weeks for my HD to come in they were super polite and made the situation right, that enough I can never say bad things about them only hope there business grows for the greater good. I will always recommend there PCs to anyone looking for affordable PC gaming. read more

So I have been searching multiple different websites and businesses In order to find a good pc that dosent give a ridiculous and unfair price. I went through Corsair, cyberpower, nzxt, and so on. None of them really had what I was looking for and the reviews were always mixed. I originally found Lyte technology through one of their ads. I thought these people seemed cool and I checked out their website. They build good PC's at good prices that won't destroy my wallet. I bought one of their high end PC's called the Anthem. It took about 4 months to arrive however even though it was supposed to ship sooner. Once I got the PC though it looked amazing and was worth the wait. It was clean and well managed. The only issues I found is the magnetic mesh grid at the top of the pc had a small punctured mark but it was very minor and hardly noticeable. Also if it did bother me enough I could just replace the mesh grid. The glass window on the pc also has to be unscrewed in order for it to be removed. Which is just a slight inconvience if I wanted to clean the interior or upgrade parts. Overall very minor and no big deal. I do see some people complain about their customer service. Emailing the company can take up to 3 or 4 days which is quite long. However if you use the live chat feature on the website they answer almost immediately. Chad Matthew's will help you with all your issues! Whenever I had problem I talked using the live chat feature and had everything resolved. So I believe their customer service is quite good. Overall the company did deliver. The only cons were long shipping times and that small mark on the mesh grid. read more

When I first ordered this PC I was super exited to receive it. I got weekly updates letting me know that they are still working on my PC and that they haven't forgotten about me, then I looked at other reviews saying that some people think its a scam because of how incredibly long some people had to wait (some waited for months upon months) and I started to get worried that the same thing may happen to me, then I got an email saying my computer was finished and was on its way to me! When I got my computer a few days later I was stoked! They had sent a packet letting me know how to set up my new PC and the only reason I got confused was because I honestly didn't know what I was doing other than me not knowing, the packet was very simple and helped me set it up and now it works like a charm. It even helped someone as clueless as me set up a PC. Overall I only waited a month and 4 days to get it and all of the other 1 star reviews that say they waited a long time for it, it's most likely because they caught this company at a bad time when the GPU shortage was worst and the demands for electronics including PC's from this company were really high due to quarantine. I give this company 5 stars because from my experience, they always kept me updated and never forgot about my order and were very helpful in the set up process. This is not at all a scam and I say it's 100% worth it to buy from this company! Especially if you are able to build your own computer and actually know what your doing unlike me! read more

Extremely happy with my purchase of a LYTE Zetta PC - Ryzen 5 3600 | RTX 3060 TI | 16GB DDR4 | MSI B450. I previously ordered a new desktop from another competitor and had such a run around when that computer failed within a month of using it. I finally was able to return that one and found this company instead. I am so glad I did. Lytetechnology was really easy to work with and I appreciate the communication between them and I.  I appreciated the curtesy emails showing that they cared about my order, and they were working on it, as shipping delays for receiving parts is hard during these times. Once they received the parts (we all know it's getting the graphics card that's so delayed everywhere) and built it, shipping was extremely fast, and I immediately got emails stating it was on its way. This computer has a fast start up and runs all my high graphic games without issue. I do wish it was a bit quieter but that is honestly the only 'bad' thing I can think of, and that's not a deal breaker by any means. (I would still say it's on the quieter side, but you can hear the fans going when they kick on. It's not a super loud computer at all its just not as quiet as computers I have had previously.) I have owned and put this computer to the test daily for gaming for the last two months straight. There are many websites and brick and mortar stores to buy a prebuilt PC. The information online is scant and almost nobody can point you in the right direction. It can be so difficult to know which components are good and will be compatible with your PC. Luckily, Lyte is around. I bought a the Venom PC with an RTX 3070. Benchmarks are out of this world. All of the components have transparent pricing that are actually competitive. I ordered on Sunday May 22nd, and received my PC on June 2nd. 1 Week 4 days. I was expecting some kind of delay but there was no delay. They claim that if a component you ordered is out of stock they will give you a part of greater or equal value with the same specs. I ended up getting a different case that I liked WAY MORE! The RAM was different than what I ordered but again was greater value and same specs. I ended up not being able to find the second hard drive on my PC and the support team got back to me and resolved the problem within 12 hours. They knew exactly what to do (thanks to Jayden in support). They take pictures of the machines before shipping so there is no question or debate when something goes wrong. They are in this business for the long haul and know how business is conducted. I strongly recommend Lyte PCs for anyone looking to buy a prebuilt. I can't say that about any other company. (Jacob Morales) I have three words to describe this company: Reliable, Helpful, Superior. This was the first gaming pc I have ever bought and built although already having quite a lot of knowledge on pc hardware and programming. I ordered the Lyte Prion build kit with the 3060, and when I tell you that this build is a beast when gaming at 1440p I mean it. Even on 4K most of my games run above at/above 60 FPS. Every part sent to me was packaged very nicely and working in perfect condition, no problems whatsoever. I bought my own pc case though. But the case sent to me originally was not broken or damaged in any way. I will admit that the processing took considerably longer than expected, but you have to understand that the people at Lyte Gaming have many orders they need to work on, and the shortage of components is not helping at all. (I got all my parts upgraded btw, I secretly was glad that my pc got delayed ) So keep that in mind if your GPU gets delayed for a little longer. However, this shouldn't be the case with GTX card builds or non 30 series that Lyte gaming offers. I emailed tech support and they responded quite fast when I requested an update on my order. Shipping was quite fast . All in all, 9.5/10 experience with Lyte gaming. Would definitely recommend, especially with the tempting prices that they offer. read more

Ordered a custom built PC around September 20th, 2022. It didn't take long for Lyte to get the PC ready to ship. It arrived on October 5, and that was actually four days before Lyte said it would, surprising considering I'm in Alaska. The only issue I had was that the computer did not come with the OS installed on the SSD, which is 1 TB while my HDD is only 500 GB. My only suggestion is that when they see something like that, they either ask or just install on the SSD. A solution for you could be to tell the company when you order that's what you want, instead of expecting it to come that way. Otherwise, great experience. Everything was as expected and works very nicely. Customer support was nice when I was skeptical about my purchase, and they gave me a coupon for some percent off my computer, can't remember how much. Outside of the computer, UPS being the shipping method is not very fun. They are always the ones losing packages, arriving late, and messing stuff up. I was thankful that my PC got to me unscathed, since UPS was their shipping method. If it's possible to switch to Fed Ex, I'd recommend that as they are usually on time, at least here in Alaska that is. read more

My friend bought their Horizon PC for a fair price and thought he would be satisfied. Little did he know that the PC would take 3 weeks longer than the original arrival date. After countless emails, they emailed back saying that they are still working on it. When it finally arrived, the motherboard did not have integrated WiFi when they never included that in the PC description. That is not a big problem but it was still annoying. The description said that the PC had windows included and they even charged $25 for windows. When we went to look at it, it did not even have the windows key installed meaning that he had to pay for windows himself. When we called customer service, not only did he spend 30 mins on hold, but the guy he spoke to did not even know what he was talking about and said to "buy a key or try to get the key off a sketchy site". If you plan on buying a prebuilt, definitely do not buy from here, I suggest the NZXT prebuilt website as there you have good customer service and a genuinely good pc that will not fail you. A one star review is still way too much in my opinion, I would give half a star if I could. read more

Was disappointed at first that the case wasn't the right one but it actually gets more air with the fancy new mesh thing I don't remember the name of and I know they sent it in that because it would come to me sooner and that's super dope it's super fast I like the button on the case that's to change the lights that's nice redemption for the case not being right and I get it with the covid stuff but hey it got to us super fast and it was packed up well and all the things wer there and that was nice too. It's super fast like zoom zoom it's nice to laugh in the face of the recommended specs on games I want to play. I like that they left the stickers on the things so I got to take them off myself when I plug my headphones into the case directly one side doesn't work but it's fine because I have other speakers and a jack in my monitor but I'd definitely say that's my only complaint I'd say 4.5 out of 5 stars just cause the headphone jack being not happy but like doesn't effect me personally so yeah. Minor complaints when the PC is so niceeeee. read more

I ordered the LYTE Venom (Ryzen 5600 and RTX 3070) and man I couldn't be happier. Have had it for about a month now with no issues. The build is great, RGB lights are awesome and the cable management is clean. This PC is a beast, it can run any games I throw at it at max settings and overall it is lightning fast! My PC was built in the Neo Qube case and I wasn't expecting that case to be quite large but it still fits on my desk nicely but for anyone wondering about that case make sure to have adequate space. For me I was hesitant at first but the process was seamless, I ordered and received my PC in 1 week but realize that won't be the same timeline for everyone so I suggest going into the purchase with patience and understanding because at the end of the day, a custom build PC from LYTE is worth it. You guys are awesome, I definitely will be a returning customer in the future! On a side note the only thing I would suggest is having a part list sheet with manufacturer's/serial #'s for customers so we can go register parts properly read more

I placed what I personally consider to be a very large order, over 2k for my pc. I also did the custom build option. Initially I was disappointed that the wait time was going to be longer than expected, however I know in myself that I am a very impatient human being lol So definitely not their fault. Plus it was completely worth the wait! I absolutely LOVE my pc! It is INCREDIBLE. They didn't have the case I wanted but I like the one they picked! I think my only complaint at this point is that it doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities but I think that was my error? Because I didn't realize the motherboard I picked wasn't Bluetooth capable. My pc came very well packaged, absolutely no issues with the shipping and everything perfectly in place. I'm over all very impressed. It runs all of my games on max settings and streams them at the same time! I am honestly so happy over-all and highly recommend Lyte! read more

I ordered Lyte Technologies Omega PC for $1,300 and I am MORE than impressed! Not only was I given constant updates on where the building process of my pc was, but the building process was faster than I had expected considering Covid-19 and the shortage of PC parts. The Lyte Omega PC smoothy runs Fortnite, Valorant, The Witcher, Minecraft and many other games. Not only does it run them smoothly, but it runs them smoothly at MAX GRAPHICS SETTINGS! The PC was extremely easy to set up. I unboxed it, plugged it in, turned it on. And that was it! Did not have to do any fancy technology stuff. If you are bad at technology, then this PC or any other PCs from Lyte Technologies are definitely for you. This PC is extremely great for gaming, and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a great PC whether their budget is high or low. read more

The wait was alright, but the fact they had me waiting and didn't get the case I ORDERED, is beyond me, but overall service was good. Just really hate not being notified about the changes, I talked to them periodically and asked if anything changed, and they said no, but when I received it, I got a cheap case. Star went from four to three. Wanted Vetroo MESH6 and received Gamdias Talos P1A, ALSO, there cable management was bad as well (whoever did the cable management in the back of the PC, quit right now!). So definitely a two star for me. I was really indecisive and was thinking about buying from Digital Storm, but at the end of the day, I should've done that, because I feel scammed, betrayed, and lied to. read more

Just finished buliding my alpha kit. While I did have to wait a while because of the gpu shortage, but I was constantly getting emails and updates and never felt out of the loop when it came to my purchase. I even had some issues getting my build to work and lyte pc offered me a free tech consultation that helped me fix the problem I had been struggling with for days in minutes. And where the pc itself is concerned I am very pleased. The Alpha build kit runs amazing and even works really well for streaming which is amazing for the low price I paid compared to the quality I got. I don't have anything negative to say about my PC or customer service. I had it shipped without the GPU and the packing/shipping turnaround time was as described on their site. The quality of the packing job was neat and careful. It's been a month since I've received the machine and I haven't had a single issue at all. Not a single blue screen or error of any kind and after taking the machine apart I didn't find any defective or damaged parts. It started up quickly and smoothly and has been ever since. I've been wanting a gaming PC since I was 9 and I now have one that I'm more than happy with. Had a couple friends check out the site and they verified it was legit and not a scam and helped me pick out my PC. Got the lyte master and I just fel inlove when I removed the protective packaging inside. Runs great, looks amazing, and I can't wait to get years of gaming and regular use out of it. AMAZING! I was a little leery before placing the order because I hadnt heard of the company. I ended up placing the order and could not be more happy. I wanted to call about the status and their support team was very fast to answer and incredibly helpful! I ordered the $599 Hyper PC. It will play everything I throw at it on high settings! For $599 there is no better prebuilt PC I could have got. Lytetech even sent WiFi for me for free even though I forgot to ask before hand. With the quality of game play for the price and the quality of the customer service this company is going to be well known soon! read more

I ordered the LYTE Venom X (which has the RTX 3080) from these guys, and I am very pleased with the product. From the beginning, their live chat agent, Chad Matthews, was a huge help. Their webpage at the time listed the ETA for shipping as "Based on Availability", and Chad let me know it would probably be a little over 4 weeks. It ultimately took 6 weeks to receive my PC, and I am loving it. My PC is clearly well assembled, and they took great care in packaging it to arrive safely. It was nearly as simple as plug-and-play on arrival, and it's been working great for me over the past week and a few days. read more

I ordered my PC from Lyte and although I received less updates than expected, their customer service, prices, careful shipping and handling, and cable management exceeded all expectations. They upgraded a lot of PC parts that were listed free of charge and even threw in a free terabyte of storage due to the holiday deals that were ongoing. I was skeptical at first going through a company instead of building my own rig however I'm very relieved I went with Lyte! I have zero complaints and even during the pandemic they still did not fail to deliver. 10/10 thanks for the 3080 :) read more
