For this big restaurant caliber, it's pretty crowded yet they do a good job with a fast turnaround. We did the early Dinner and by the time we got out there was already a long line for late Diners. The fact that even after a decade, it's rare that I go back to the same spot let alone they're still around after all these years. The lamb leg was tender and juicy. The beef cheek was super tender and the potatoes were perfect partner for this dish. The seabass had nice sear marks with lots of roasted vegetables. Market Cuina Fresca gets a best of its kind for gazpacho. I have had lots of gazpacho both in Spain and in the U.S. Nothing comes even remotely close to the Market Cuina Fresca version. Their secret? a) Coconut milk b) Lots of freshly drizzled light Spanish olive oil on top. Does this make a difference? Ask me when I come down from Paradise. As for the rest of the menu ... Neither my wife nor I were enthused about the bacalhau curry. Everything else was completely pleasant - at the level you would expect from a local chef - local ingredient restaurant.
