I was given multiple conflicting explanations -- first that it would be handled out of pocket, then that it involved a subcontractor, and later that an insurance claim would be filed. Each step required me to chase updates instead of the company taking responsibility and leading the process. After weeks of back and forth, their general liability insurance did not apply, and their auto insurance ultimately denied the claim due to lack of proper coverage. This left me in a situation where my apartment complex began moving forward with billing me directly, even though the damage was caused by their crew. At multiple points, I had to act as the middleman between the company, their insurance, and my apartment complex just to move things forward. If you are considering using this company, I strongly recommend: confirming exactly who will be performing your move, verifying that they have proper and complete insurance coverage (including property damage liability), getting clear written confirmation on how damages will be handled This experience caused unnecessary stress and could have been avoided with proper communication and coverage.
