Significant roof damage and outdoor rug damage. When I reached out to Luis the owner, he became defensive and said he had proof that my roof was already damaged...if so, why would they continue to wash on a damaged roof?! We had pictures of our roof from when we purchased the house and even the roofing company that came out after the wash said it was due to the power wash. We found broken tiles on the ground and when my husband showed it to the worker that was sent, he just shrugged. I asked for the company insurance name to submit a claim but he refused to give me the information (lesson learned), I should have asked for the insurance information before they started in the job. We have had to pay $1600 in roof repairs and the rugs are left damaged.

You can see from the picture of my toilet (mind you, I have three that all looked like this) that I am not just saying this. They did not clean my home well. I have always paid her over what I was quoted, $200 for 1.5 hours, and again, I only complained last week. I have a right to complain if someone leaves my house like this! We are sorry we cannot make you happy. Do you see my toilet? It is not hard to see why I was not satisfied. I am beside myself with how they treated me. They were unapologetic and nasty, and I felt threatened by her son, who wrote me the text. I do not recommend this company.
