0 Stars This is hands down the worst mechanic shop I've ever dealt with. I was referred here by a family friend, and even though I already have a trusted mechanic, I decided to support them. Big mistake. I came in asking for a specific repair -- it was never fixed. Instead, they "discovered a leak" that took five days to "fix." No calls, no updates, no pricing info. I had to call myself just to find out what was going on. When I finally picked up my car, I was overcharged and my car is STILL leaking oil. How hard is it to fix a leak? The shop is dirty, trash and oil stains left inside my car, and the staff acted like I was bothering them for simply wanting updates. Adam hung up in my face and answered the phone like I was ruining his day. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it. If you value your car, your money, or your sanity -- NEVER bring your car here. I'd ask ChatGPT how to fix my car before trusting this place again. read more

I bought a 2014 BMW and it had a ABS sensor problem. So the person I bought it from him it was a dealership told me to take it to M&H Auto Repair. It was just kind of across the street from them. I took it. I got an invoice. The invoice stated that they repaired the ABS with a new sensor they kept it for seven days and every time I called we're still waiting on the parts. We're still waiting on the parts. We're still waiting on the parts. That's what I got every day. Then on the morning of the eighth I decided to go up there because he quit taking my calls. I went up there and he turned around and look at looked at me and went. Oh, it's you your car is ready and toss my key fob to me. It took less than a week for me to start getting ABS messages again, so I took it to a mechanic here in town. I live in Liberty and he turns and looks at me and goes. Oh it's you and tosses my key fob to me it took forever to get out of there, so yeah, He kept telling me he had to get the sensor from the dealership. Well, the new mechanic is ordered it and it'll be here Monday, but I would not recommend this guy to anyone. read more

I brought my car to M&H auto on August 8, 2025, because my air conditioner was running hot and I was told I needed an air condition compressor, and I talk to Mohammad. So, he had someone fix my air conditioner compressor, and I had air for 2 weeks. My air went out and my car started blowing out hot air. I took my car back to M&H auto on August 12, 2025. I then talk to Adam, and he said he would check it and let me know, so he had my car for a day, and I called him and asked him about my car, and he said it needed an angulator core. I asked him how long it take to fix that, and he said 2 days, so I let my car stay there for them to fix it and I had to get a rental car for 5 days because he said he needed more time to fix it. I went to the shop on August 19, 2025; to check on my car and come to find out he did not touch my car he was moving it from one place to the other and he never had anyone work on my car. I waste money renting a rental car and he had my car for 7 days and did not touch it, it was at another shop just sitting there. I talk to Mohammad and explain to him what was going on and I just asked him to give me my car, and I take it somewhere else. M&H auto is not a good mechanic shop they customer service and business skills suck. I witnessed Mohamad cussed a black woman out and called her the N word. No, they need to be reported because they are taking people money and ripping them off and not doing good service. I will never ever take my car there again; they need to close down because what Adam who supposed to be the manager put me through was thoughtless and inconsiderate. He did not care about my car that's why he left it at another shop, and it was just sitting there with no one working on it. read more

came in for broken A/C, this place over charges by a insane amount, they broke multiple parts on my car and DISCONNECTED my dashcam every time they drove or worked on it, I reconnected the camera every single time I came to visit and see what was going on with the car read more

I was referred to them for an oil change because of the cheap prices. They did the oil change but not even two days later my car was making a sound and the A/C went out. When I was able to go back, one of the guys was very dismissive and said that an oil change had nothing to do with the air going out. Then he tells me they don't have the equipment to work on my type of car and I need to go back to the dealership because there is nothing they could do. They shouldn't have been under the hood for the oil change if they couldn't do any other work on my car. There are too many Chryslers in this area for him to tell that lie. They had foreign cars and American cars, so I know he was lying. He less helpful then the guy at AutoZone. read more

My headlight went out in my vehicle, so I brought it over to them. When they went to change the bulb, they noticed that a wire was burnt. I had to get the entire headlight replaced so once the part was in, I called to make my appointment to get it fix. I spoke with Mohammad, who informed me that they were really busy, but he would get me in on the same day. The price was very reasonable and would definitely go back to this establishment again. read more

I had a horrible experience there. I went there to have my brake booster fixed. I purchased my own part. They said it would be ready at 11:30 a.m. still hadn't finished the job and I sat until 3:30 p.m. Very unprofessional and uncaring. When I drove off, my truck accelerator wouldn't pick up speed. My truck didn't have those issues before, they guy didn't connect my cables back together under my dashboard! He messed up my accelerator and had to get more work done by a awesome shop in Houston. They are wonderful, took my truck in for repairs after getting a quote from a well known diesal shop in Baytown, M&H charged me 1/4 the price and my truck runs like a dream. Same service for a quarter of the price, sorry but you can't beat that. Vert honest, service is up to par and the prices are great. The staff are nice and helpful with any questions I had. They go above and beyond and I will continue to go here from now on. They have earned a customer for life. read more

These guys will do more damage than repairs and deny everything and blame you. I had valve cover gaskets, rear main seal, and crankshaft pulley replace. When I pick it up he tells me the radiator is cracked and conveniently had a replacement already there to put in. I denied since I could do it, then get home and find the radiator fan motor was never plugged back in (again he denied it.) Seen car was leaking more oil than before and asked them to look at it again and he refused to do so til I pressured washed the top and bottom of my engine. Against my better judgement I did as he asked and that caused 2 coils to short out. As I was replacing those and checking all my other plugs I find that the retainers for my air intake were missing and 3 of the screw holes where my coils mount to my intake manifold were stripped out. When I confronted him he says "you come to my shop one time and come back saying all these thing, I have master mechanics (they are not certified but masters) that would never make these mistakes". STAY AWAY, you have been warned. read more

Worst mechanic shop ever. Grease all inside my car, they had like 3 tow trucks hauling off cars that people refused to fix because they are over priced. Rude. I will never use them again. Even one of the mechanics said he is quitting because the owner is a scammer. read more
