I had to call myself just to find out what was going on. When I finally picked up my car, I was overcharged and my car is STILL leaking oil. How hard is it to fix a leak? The shop is dirty, trash and oil stains left inside my car, and the staff acted like I was bothering them for simply wanting updates.
