I had Mark set up a security camera system for my 90 year old grandpa's house in Norco. He came over did the job fairly quickly. In his explanation on how to use the system he made it sound so easy and self explanatory and it's anything but. I've had nothing but problems with it. I've reached out to him many times and he has only returned my call once. He sure does do a lot of talking about how good he is and how many security systems he's done so I was under the impression myself and grandpa would be well taken care of. Mark installed my elderly mom's cameras throughout the premise, he is friendly and seems knowledgeable however he needs to improve his follow up and communication with his clients. I had to call him or text him multiple times to finally get in touch with him after and before the installation. The cameras he installed are better than the average cameras you would find at Costco or microcenter. Yes I would use him again & recommend him to friends and family I would just let them know ahead of time he is at times not easy to get a hold of. We hired Mark to put up and remove our Christmas lights. The biggest issue was he collected the full cost of install/removal up front but would not return phone call or texts when I tried to contact him to take them down. We ended up having to hire another company that was reliable to take them down. He serviced several houses in my neighborhood and unfortunately they ALL had the same awful experience. And because I paid through Venmo, I was unsuccessful at trying to get my money back. Lesson learned! He installed the lights OK, but even then, there was trouble. He didn't have the right equipment for the job that he was hired to do. His ladder could not even reach the roofline of our 2 story home, and the plastic clips that he attempted to put up (since he could not reach with a staple gun because of the short ladder) would not clip to the eave. He blamed the way the house was built for being "too tall" and for the "eave being built wrong". I would never consider doing any kind of business with him again. You really do get what you pay for. His price was the cheapest, but in the end it ended up costing us more money because he took the money and ran after doing half the job we agreed upon. read more

Mark installed 16 cameras at my place of business right around this new year 2018. I am still dealing with him not coming by to fix his mess. I have a camera that is not working, camera's going in and out because of bad wiring connections, a hole in my roof that leaked due to him not properly adding a roof jack or flashing. He just filled the hole with rags and silicone. I have given him many opportunities to fix his mistakes and he always says he will be out and never shows up. I understand he's a one man show but enough is enough. Now i have to pay someone else to fix his mess. I would strongly recommend not using him. He may talk a good talk but he has no follow through. Mark has been amazing. He took care of our entire office! We couldn't be happier.

We hired Mark from M and H Industries to install security cameras at our home. He told us we would have complete coverage around the perimeter and that we would be able to view it any time we were away from home. As he was leaving he said if we have any problems just give him a call. I felt quite secure with the system he installed and his assurance to just call him. Well we do have coverage. There was an instance when we were gone that someone got into our car one night and we could see that but, we were never able to see them get out of the car, not sure what that is about. Then the entire system quit working, we could not use the mouse to view cameras or replay and we could not access them when we were gone. I was able to get ahold of Mark after numerous attempts. He came and reset everything getting us up and running. At that time I reminded him that he never gave me a receipt (unfortunately for me, I paid him in cash). He stated he would send it to me by email. Okay that works. Then we have a power outage and again we can no longer view the cameras when we are not here. The system shows connection failed. I have attempted to call Mark numerous times. After texting and leaving messages which he would not respond to, over a two week period, I finally reached him on the phone. I explained everything again (which I had put in my texts) so he told me he thinks it is the IPN addresses. He said that he was driving and he would call me as soon as he stopped. I told him I would find the addresses that he had given me and text him that info, which I did. However, Mark has yet to call me back and that was the 21st of Dec. I can only assume he has not yet got to where he is going. So at this time I do have cameras but can't view them when I am not home, which was one of the things promised. Oh and I still don't have a receipt. I would think twice before hiring M and H Industries for any job. read more
