I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere.
