She glares at me as I walk away u satisfied with the rude vague answers She gives me. Well I really need a custom size large frame so I decided to call hobby lobby and inquire about the pricing for a larger picture. She is even rude on the phone!! I couldn't get out a complete sentence with out her interrupting me with her short one word answers with a sharp annoyed voice. I really don't know how hobby lobby has any business at all with an employee as miserable and rude as that. I regret every time I have an interaction with her.

Unfortunately, the shirts were not correct. Each print was defective and not centered on the shirts. I informed them of the issues, and the manager tried to say it was my design. I came back the next day with proof it wasn't my design. Then the manager told me she was frustrated because they had issues with their DTG printer. "After all, it's old and needs to be serviced." I asked to speak to the owner about a refund for the prints. I ask why would they take on business with an inconsistent/broken printer. I was surprised by how unprofessional and inconsiderate the owner was. The owner told me that the shirts were my problem and I was lucky to get a refund from her. I walked away with a refund for less than half the money I spent and a very unpleasant experience.

I sent multiple emails and phone calls and the only responses I received was the initial quote and call that my garments were complete, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER APPROVED THE PROOF. I reached out two days after I dropped off my shirts as I hadn't received any design proofs and was worried about hitting my deadline. Got no response after multiple attempts and then was called later that day to inform me my project was done and ready for pickup... When I went in to try and figure out what happened, they told me that they just went ahead since it was basically the design I sent.. except it was different fonts and not what I was hoping for. They offered no sort of discount, let alone any sort of apology for charging me $45 for three shirts that didn't even end up how I wanted them. Not to mention that there was sticky residue and printing lines all over two of the shirts. I tried washing it off and no luck. Would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can as they clearly don't follow any proper business practices. Money wasted.

Owner Jessica Wolford didn't even have enough courtesy to contact me - a customer to resolve any issues. And here is the issue. I ordered through their online system-no where does it state you have to wait until the entire teams order is placed and window closed before the order would be filled. Called to check on my order as we wanted it for our first Fall tournament and to give to our family in town at the time. No answer left a voicemail-no call back. BUT my account was charged immediately. Order was placed on 8/15 mind you and today is 9/24/20-no order and no communication back from the owner until I had to call and she happened to answer the phone today. Only person that I spoke to via email was her employee and on the phone once-her employee specifically told me she would speak to the owner and I would get a refund as the time that I called and spoke to this person our order wasn't even printed yet. Basically the owner Jessica Wolford printed my order knowing that the order was no longer needed and an employee stated I would get a refund just so she could keep the funds. Again as of today this business owner had no courtesy to even contact me. Poor poor business etiquette and again still no product in my hands. Do not support this business! Trying to give back to a small business and this is what you get-no communication what so ever from the owner! Good job way to represent local business owners!
