They took the smell out of my couches SO EASILY. Even with the fact that the couches were completely different materials and they removed stains as well!! We then hired them for mold services. First, they removed the mold from a wall in our back room, I started breathing easier immediately following the removal. They then removed mold from our living room and it turned out to be less than we thought!! Only thing I don't like with the company is they don't put plastic over insulation after the wall is cut out. I had a lot of insulation falling onto my floor after the work was done. I was skeptical at first as this was my first time dealing with HVAC, but wow! Michael was able to even out the airflow to all bedrooms, while living room downstairs was still pumping out cold air. He did not like my demeanor either. He called the (contractor) company working on my house like they were supposed to check me. I'm a grown woman. I don't get checked! The company contacted them to go to my house because my brand new air conditioner they installed wasn't working. They didn't interact with me until they were headed to my house. The tech I communicated with was very professional. He never communicated to me what the issue was, or if there would be a change. We could only communicate by texting because he couldn't make or recieve calls. I didnt send him to my house or authorize any work. I don't even know what was done. When the work was completed, they sent me an invoice! Guess what? They can get it from whoever authorized the work. I'm not paying them anything. They couldn't seem to communicate with me during this process, so they can keep it like that. I was going to call their customer service department, except they don't have one. In order to hold us over during the new install, he provided mini-portable units that we placed downstairs. Mike, himself, personally brought them to our door on a weekday after 9PM. 5. The technicians are all very knowledgable. In the past, I have had young technicians come over my house that didn't really know much. That is definitely not true for these guys. 6. They moved my thermostat upstairs to a place that is more suited for the structure of the house (under return in hallway as opposed to two (2) thermostats: 1 in master bedroom, in which there is no air handler, and the FROG). 7. They spent a good amount of time adapting my new air handler with existing duct work. I will definitely make Mike my "go-to AC guy" from now on.
