Utilize extreme caution by allowing the service center to perform any maintenance on your vehicle,…read moreas they are hasty and operate with bush-league level competence. The following is my account: On August 25, 2026, I outright purchased a certified preowned 2025 Toyota Tacoma from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. The following day, I noticed that some of the tailgate insert letters were peeling off and the driver's side parking sensor was coming loose (eventually it completely fell off inside the bumper). After notifying the sale associate of the issues, I was told to bring the vehicle back to the dealership for inspection, which I did the next day, with the defective parts, which would need to be ordered, determined to be covered under warranty. That weekend, while washing the truck, I decided to look underneath the front bumper and noticed where screws were missing on the driver's side that secure the felt liner to the bumper. Concerned that the liner could be torn, I inserted a few stainless-steel screws to fasten the material accordingly. On August 31, 2026, at 1:00pm, I arrived at the service center to have the warranty issues addressed and pointed out the missing screws that needed to be replaced with OEM parts. Around 5:00pm, I was notified that the work was complete. Upon inspecting said work, I noticed that the driver's side parking sensor bracket was missing and now the passenger side parking sensor was loose, with the service advisor taking the vehicle back for additional inspection. About 30 minutes later, the service advisor returned with the truck stating that the bracket for both parking sensors and the double-sided tape for the passenger side parking sensor needed to be ordered and replaced. It should be noted that the driver's side double-sided tape for the parking sensor, the tailgate insert letters, and the above-stated front bumper screws were replaced during this visit. I expressed concern that repairs need to be completed correctly and that double-checking a Toyota service technician's work is a step I should not have to take. When I arrived home that evening, I decided to look under the passenger side bumper, as the parking sensor on that side fell inside the bumper, and noticed that the screws in that area holding the felt liner were now missing, with the liner torn from the wind. It was easy to infer that the service technician hastily inspected that section and never reinserted the screws, causing the damage to occur. I immediately notified the service advisor of the issue and was informed that the damage was covered under warranty. Like before, I inserted a few stainless-steel screws to fasten the mangled material, hoping it would prevent additional damage from taking place. On September 8, 2026, at 1:00pm, I arrived at the service department to have additional repairs completed. Around 4:00pm, I was told that the work was finished, with me inspecting the truck shortly thereafter only to discover that the screws I inserted were reused instead of using OEM parts and other screws and fasteners were now missing where the wheel well liner was replaced. In addition, the passenger side brake air duct was not properly seated. I voiced frustration with the service center's workmanship and questioned if any job they perform could be trusted. I compared the work that needed to be conducted as essentially "plug and play," meaning that any novice could do it. And for a certified technician and other Toyota employees to overlook the deficiencies that I explicitly pointed out was very disappointing and unprofessional. After expressing my concerns, I was assured that all identified hardware would be ordered and replaced. On September 10, 2026, at 1:00pm, I arrived at the service center to have additional repairs completed. At 3:00pm, I was notified the work was finished, with me inspecting the truck around 3:30pm. I discovered that the bottom of the passenger side fender flare, which is the location where the brake air duct was replaced, was not secured to the truck. Once again, the incompetence of the service center was on full display. It took over an hour to fix the issue (double-sided tap needed to be replaced), with me leaving around 5:00pm. In total, AutoNation Toyota Thorton Road's ineptitude cost me roughly 20 hours of my time and about $60 in gas. And the response I received for the mess they created...a verbal apology appreciating my patience and professionalism and a handshake. What a joke!! I would highly suggest going elsewhere to purchase a vehicle and/or to have one serviced.

I took my 2022 Nissan Altima in to get the rear passenger side seatbelt replaced. I had an appt at 9:15 and arrive on time. My car was taken back quickly however a 2 hour time frame turned into 5 1/2 and we left with no car and more repairs needed. Aftere waiting for 3 1/2 hours I inquired as to what the hold up was and was told 30 more minutes and then after an hour had passed, 30 more minutes. When they said it was finally finished we got in the car and pulled out only to notice that an airbag light was now on. We circled the parking lot and came back around to service where they said that they woud plug the car up to the computer and see what was wrong. Apparantly when the service man but in the seatbelt he damaged the airbag. They said they would need to order a new one and replace it again. They were going to let us leave with the car and I asked if it was safe and they said "umm well not really. No one should sit there." I have two children who ride in the backseat so I insisted on a rental car. I got this set up and they ordered the part and said it should be done the next day which was a Thursday. I could not get it on Thursday so they said over the weekend is fine. I spoke with Karissa on Friday and she said it was ready and that everything had been tested and working properly. I drove the 40 minutes to pick it up and when I got there the seatbelt was not retracting properly so, after I had been assured it was fixed, I had to leave the vehicle again. I was not happy and repeatedly, 4 times, left messages for Mr Curtis (who was filling in for Mr Warren the service manager while he was on vacation), Mr Warren, Karissa, and the general manager with ZERO return calls. On Monday II called in to check when I could pick up the car and was informed that they thought Karissa was off. I left a message with the receptionist for Mr Warren and left him a voicemail as well. He never returned my call. Finally on Tuesday Karissa called and said that the car was ready. We went to pick it up and everything worked properly. No reply from Mr Warren or Mr Curtis on our experience. It was horrible. I would never go there again nor recommend it to anyone

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the past two weeks I feel I have no choice…read more I leased a Kia Carnival from Calavan Kia around 18 months ago because I have a family of six. Unfortunately, the vehicle developed a fault and has now been in the dealership's service department for over two weeks with no clear timeline for when it will be repaired. What has been most frustrating is the lack of a suitable loaner vehicle. I was given a five-seat car, despite the dealership knowing full well that the vehicle they're repairing is a six-plus passenger family vehicle. As a result, my family has effectively been stranded over the July 4 weekend and during two weeks of our children's summer break. We have had to cancel family outings because we simply cannot all fit in the replacement vehicle. I've repeatedly asked for a larger loaner--I'm not asking for anything luxurious, just something that accommodates my family--but those requests have gone nowhere. Cars develop faults, and I understand that. What defines a dealership is how they look after customers when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen well below the standard I expected when leasing a new family vehicle. I'm hoping someone in dealership management or ownership sees this review and reaches out. This situation is still fixable. Providing an appropriate loaner and communicating a realistic repair timeline would go a long way toward restoring my confidence in Calavan Kia.

I brought my car to Ford with the check engine light on, not knowing what the actual issue was. Jerald took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand and recommended other services that would help keep my car running and hopefully extend its life. One thing I really appreciated was that I never felt like he was taking advantage of me as a woman. He was honest, transparent, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I understood what was going on with my car. I also didn't have transportation to get to work or school while my car was being serviced. Jerald went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get to work and back ON TIME, as well as make it to school. That meant a lot because he didn't have to go out of his way like that, but he did. I am SO grateful that I got Jerald as my service advisor, especially after reading some of the other reviews about past experiences with Lithia Springs Ford. My experiences there have never been this great until now. If you need anything done to your vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Jerald. He truly made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Thank you, Gerald, for your kindness, honesty, and excellent customer service!

I just left the Lithia Springs Ford dealership and I unfortunately had to work with Heather in…read moreservice department which was not a great experience to say the least. I called early this morning because I just bought a big bend sports Bronco yr 2021 towards the end of April. I been up here three times regarding different issues and I had no issues with the head manager Jimmy who was out of town this week, however dealing with Heather was much different. I told her what was going on with my vehicle and I pay for the gold certification so if anything is found wrong within 90 days they are supposed to provide loaner cars and rides no charge. So I tried using this service this morning because im going out of town and she's like there no guarantees my car will be lookat today and I couldn't get a loaner car until my car was inspected so I bring the car up there and she calls me 12:40pm saying my cars fine so I keep texting the number they send to text and I got no call backs and response nothing. Which cause the dealership to close and i had to get Uber which they paid for to get my car. I had to leave work for three hours because she nevered called bk to tell me my car was ready. If I did not call and talk to someone else I would not have my car and im going out of town tomorrow which is a huge inconvenience. When I got to the shop she claimed she got no messages and honestly good customer service means following up on vehicles that are cleared to go and i had to find info on my own vehicle which is so unprofessional. Do better next time is my suggestion and if you dont have access to your voice messages get it. Also if you dont know that they put your name on the automated reply and you dont respond they need to fix it you make sure you follow up on it since that was your excuse. Overall bad experience.

Once I arrived, I spent over an hour filling out the necessary paperwork, just to be given the keys to a DIRTY VEHICLE!! When I say "dirty" I mean literal DIRT and ick inside my newly purchased vehicle! It was as if they had the car had been dropped off from the previous owner the same fucking day, and hadn't been touched again until they were handing me the keys I couldn't even enjoy the moment of having a new car. When I brought this up to the employees that handed me the keys, they shrugged shoulders and informed me that the person in charge of cleaning/detailing the vehicle wasn't there, and that the lesser employee who half-ass "cleaned" my car wasn't already gone for the day. UNACCEPTABLE! All of this is happening around 5-5:30ish pm, dealership doesn't close until 8pm. Sooooo, after a certain point in the day are yall just giving people dirty cars???? That shit makes no sense. I visited multiple dealerships before finding my car at this one. Looking back I truly wish I would've been able to find my car at one of those other locations. Overall exhausted and thoroughly disappointed with my experience (didn't even including management trying agressively persuading financing through them, KNOWING I was already approved, the price being listed completely different online, etc). Unless you have found your must-have, everything-you-want car at Hoover, go somewhere else. If you have to come here, go in defense up, head on the swivel and please have your own loan pre-approval, cause they will try you like a baser ‍
