We booked M&M Limo on Feb 20 to transport about 140 guests for our son's April 18 wedding in Champaign, IL. (70 from the I-Hotel, 70 from Hyatt Place). A 50 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle was required at each hotel, arriving at 3:30 PM and departing at 3:45 PM. On the Wednesday before the wedding M&M called and confirmed. However, the next day they called to tell us both 24 passenger vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance. By Friday morning they had no solution, so we had to scramble and pay a local shuttle $1,000 for an 18 passenger van and ask some guests to drive or Uber. Two hours before the scheduled pickup we were told a 50 passenger bus wouldn't arrive. Now we were in panic mode! After we demanded a solution, they were able to substitute another 50 passenger bus that had to leave 15 minutes earlier, forcing us to notify guests and adjust plans. The stress and last minute chaos ruined what should have been a celebratory day. If M&M can't reliably staff events in Champaign, they shouldn't accept work there. Return service in the evening after the wedding was also subpar. We expected professional contingency planning and timely communication -- neither was delivered. 2 days after the wedding, I emailed their owner Mike and have not received a response. We did get a call from their account manager Freddie. He assured us that a customer service member would be in contact. That never happened. It was a very disappointing experience! read more

This was my first experience with M&M Limousine and I was disappointed to say the least. I was part of a group traveling out of the country and they sent us a bus that had no where to store our luggage and NO HEAT. We rode from the south side of Chicago to O'Hare Airport freezing and all of our luggage inside the bus with us. By the time we arrived to O'Hare I was sick, coughing, nose running, shivering and freezing. I was so traumatized I decided not to trust them for the ride home even though it was already paid for, I could not put my body through that again. However company only sent a text to a work line and never tried any other form of communication to let me know of the mishap. It wasn't until I called the company at our pickup time that I found out about what happened and the company didn't send another bus until they talked to me live for some reason when it should had been sent right away. This is a very disorganized service. When you pay you have no idea what car you are paying for. You just have to put the correct amount in the form. No confirmation email unless you call later and request it. And that only works if you call multiple times. At the beginning I thought it was going to be good because they were texting me and emailing me options with fancy videos of the type of car (I wanted a 14 passenger party bus- Mercedes Sprinter Limo) and when it showed up it was a Sprinter van that was a tight squeeze. We had to ask the driver to keep the lights on the in the back because it was so dark. I could have gotten 2 Ubers if I just wanted transportation, but the point of spending this kind of money is to have a nice experience. The van was so high that I had to get my own step stool so my parents could get into the van. This put a damper on the whole night because we had 3 hours of time in the van and wanted it to be in a fun party bus where I could see my family's faces. The driver was very good though. 5 stars for Hector, we gave him an extra tip for his skill in handling Chicago Rush Hour traffic in such a big vehicle. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I secured airport transfers for myself and 20 of my clients on 01/23/2026 which happened to be one of the coldest days of the year in Chicago. The schools were closed, there were warnings about how exposure to the below zero temps could cause frost bite, etc. These were SERIOUS cold temps!!! M & M found it acceptable to send a bus with a broken door hatch (so all luggage had to be loaded in the front) and NO HEAT!!! No HEAT from the south side of Chicago to Ohare international airport. I was told a supervisor would contact me and NO response. I was told 3 different times a supervisor would call and NOTHING. They took no accountability for their actions and obviously think it is OK to send a freezing cold buss when the wind chill was NEGATIVE 30 degrees or more below zero. We rented them last Friday to drive from Lisle to Wrigley Field, requested pick up for 20 people at 10:45 they showed up at 12, we barely made it to the game in time. The bus we had also had AC problems so the bus was hot. The driver had no clue that there was a game at 1:20. He said he would get us new bus with AC which they did and then did not move the coolers we had onto to the new bus so those are lost. I rented a party bus for 20 people, the night before our event we were contacted the limo bus had broken down and were sending an executive bus which did not at all meet our need. Since we were given less than 24 hours notice, I called around and of course all other providers were booked. M&M offered a minor discount for the inconvenience and we were forced to go forward without any alternatives. When the executive bus arrived, the driver informed us that the air conditioning on the bus was broken and that M&M refused to send him with a functioning bus despite his complaints. So we had 20 people sweltering in this executive bus, pouring ice down their shirts to survive the ride. Even the security guard that M&M sent that was required to ride on the bus told the driver he was moving to the front seat of the bus so he could ride next to an open window since the back of the bus was unbearable. After contacting M&M regarding this awful experience, they informed me that no further reimbursement would be provided. read more

After checking the Mommy Facebook groups, I learned there were three main limo companies that are recommended in the Chicago area. Even though their rating wasn't especially high, I went with M&M Limo because the price was extremely reasonable, they had the most reviews and they had the stretch limo we wanted. Some background, my son has always been obsessed with stretch limos. When we would ask him his favorite vehicle it was always a stretch limo. So when we found this stretch limo within a reasonable price, we locked it in. The goal was to have the stretch limo pick my son and his friends up for his birthday and take them to hibachi. The dispatch who confirmed the payment (Jason) was very kind, thorough and helpful throughout the initial process. We confirmed the day before that we'd be ready at 4PM, when the pick-up was scheduled. At 2PM (day of the event), we received a call that there was a mechanical issue with stretch limo and they would be sending a Sprinter van. This was not a stretch limo. I asked why they would tell us 2 hours before the event, I asked how many stretch limos they have in the city (3) and the status of those limos. Those other stretch limos were already booked for others. There was no manager to talk to. We were furious! Luckily my husband jumped into panic mode and called so many other limo companies to see if we could have a last minute stretch limo come get us. We found one. We are supposed to be issued a refund from M&M, but it's hard to get the same story from individuals when we call. I'm awaiting a call, but who knows what will happen. Steer clear of this business. It's not worth the headache and stress for last minute changes. And based on other reviews, we couldn't even guarantee a timely pick-up. read more

Not good is a compliment to the services provided. Their whole website promotes on-time, professional/luxury service. Professional drivers. Our experience: - driver was 20 minutes late. When he arrived, he sat in his chair, didn't get up to greet us. Just opened the door like a city bus driver would. When we stepped on the bus it stunk like pee, there was trash in all the cup holders, the bus cooler was full of trash. As we pulled off, driver was running over curbs, speeding & slamming on breaks. This made most of us slide all over the back seats bumping into each other. The other item I asked driver about was music. He just said on the back wall. No direction, no help and that's because getting up to help us would have been far to much effort. Took us 20 minutes to get music working -our ride was 30 min long. I reserved a car for my daughter's high school prom. I am highly disgusted at the car that was sent to pick her up. I am very embarrassed that everyone who was attending my daughter's prom send-off had to see a filthy and damaged limo pick her up. The outside of the car was dirty, rusted & dented. The inside had trash & water bottles left behind by the previous passengers. My personal car is a Lexus SUV. We have standards. I chose M&M limo because I used the service before for my son's prom, and it was a great car with great service. I couldn't believe the driver even had the nerve to pull up in a car that beat up and dirty. I would have driven my daughter to the prom myself if I could leave the event, but I still had guests. Used them in in the past with great success. This trip however was a complete nightmare. Limo was dirty and falling apart. The wrong car was sent. And on arrival to the airport we were dropped off short of the terminal. Which happens to be on the opposite side of where we needed to be. On the return flight our driver told me via the phone he was overworked and overtired. He also was unable to lift luggage so we had to load and unload our own Lambo. He then proceeded to drop us off two houses short of our own house. I rented a limousine to make travel to and from the airport Easy and Stress free. My experience both trips with anything but that. I have now been working with the escalation manager for two weeks to resolve my complaints with no end in sight. I highly recommend you find another company for your limousine rentals. read more

Do not use this business! Really quite frustrated with this company. I called over a month ago to reserve an SUV stretch limo. I talked to Jenelyn and she let me know that a Lincoln SUV would be picking my daughter and her friends up for a sweet 16. I was notified one day before the reservation (I had already paid in full) that they could not fulfill the Stretch Limo, and a bus would be coming. I specified on the phone with the dispatcher one day before the event that the paid reservation was for a stretch limo and if they could please send a party limo style bus that would be okay. Well, a bus with forward facing seats showed up at the pick up location. When I called to speak to Jenelyn and voice my concern I was sent to voicemail. I called back to the primary number a half hour later, Jenelyn answered the phone and told me that it would be escalated and someone would contact me 3-7 business days from now. I paid well over $100 for an 8 mile trip, in a broken down bus, and there was no sort of apology for the mishap. Premium prices for less than satisfactory service. I will update once I hear from the manager. Update 12-27-2021 - I received a call from Alex "the complaint manager" and he talked to me like I was a toddler. I was not so nice in my response. Listen to the warnings from these other reviews, do not book with this company. Book with any other company. I thought I would get lucky too and I absolutely did not. I called dispatch at noon, to check on my bus reserved for 6pm and get the driver's number. He informed me of the mechanical issues they were having. M&M made no effort to communicate this to me, I had to call in myself to confirm. The person I spoke to said there would be a coach bus for me instead of the limo bus I reserved. I told dispatch earlier that I didn't care what vehicle or driver we got, just that we needed to be on time. Instead of assigning me a new driver, they called and told me about 1 hour before my reservation that the driver would be 15 minutes late. Then they called me 10 minutes before my reservation time saying it would be 30-40 minutes late, and in that same call revealed that he was actually an hour away still. We had a 40 minute drive ahead of us. If I had waited for the late bus, we would have missed half of the show that everyone paid $60 each for. So I had to cancel and get everyone into Ubers. The limousine showed up 20 minutes late to pick the groomsmen up for the wedding I attended. I watched her (the driver) sit in the seat on her phone the entire time they were loading into the limo. How does the driver not open the door for the wedding party? It was like a bitter soccer mom picking them up in the carpool line in her Chrysler Town & Country... Never even turned around, no eye contact made... and then had the to ask for a tip when she dropped them off at the venue??? From the front seat, of course. But wait- there's more!... the reception was over and they were contracted to pick a group of us up and take us to a hotel afterwards. Phone call after phone call was made with a constant ETA of 20-40 minutes. After 2 HOURS- you read that right, 2 freaking hours!!!- we were tasked with finding enough people who were able to responsibly drive the large group of us individually to the hotel where we were able to enjoy the conference room that was paid for for the last 23 minutes of our reservation BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. So there's the money paid for the limo, lost. The money paid for the conference room, lost. The money for the food that was in the conference room, lost. The money for the dry cleaning we all paid for our clothes that were soiled from sitting on the ground in a dirty parking lot for 2 hours, lost. And quite frankly I lost a wonderful buzz and some of my dignity when I fell asleep in a handicapped parking spot. But most importantly, the wedding party lost time with friends and family that had travelled across the country to spend it with them on their special day. Ruined my friends wedding day arriving approximately 1.5 hours late which caused the ceremony to be 1.5 hours late and pictures to be 15 minutes. As a groomsman, I was very surprised at how calm the bride and groom were given they called the service three times across the 1.5 hour delay and they were consistently told they were 12 minutes away and failed to give any explanation of where they were or why they were delayed. As a 20/30 something, many of my friends are getting married and I will not be recommending them for any of their events and I do NOT recommend anyone else use them either. Your big day happens once, and to have a vendor like this mess up and offer no remorse or concessions after ruining your big day is not a risk I would take. I tried using the service but when they couldn't accommodate my flight change, I decided to cancel. They told me it takes 10 days to get my refund; however, when the 10 days passed, I received nothing. I called about this a few times and they told me again they would take care of it. It is over 45 days later and I still have not received my refund. They told me the only person that deals with this has been out of the office over a week and they are not sure when they will be back in. The folks on here who had terrible experiences are not lying. I wouldn't even take a free charter from them. We used this company at the urging of our wedding planner. I was randomly looking up other information for another charter I needed and I found these awful reviews. I immediately contacted the wedding planner who assured me everything would be fine. It was not. The bus for the wedding party arrived on time but the driver could not operate the doors. We were locked out of our own bus for 30 minutes. The real issue came with one of the 50-person buses. We had two. One driver was fine. The other? Awful. He let our guests out onto the middle of Lake Street in Oak Park because he refused to use the giant empty parking lot. Then, even after being asked by the wedding planner, my husband and our uncle to stay put until the bus was full- he left 25 guests stranded. I had called prior to booking to Confirm a sedan could handle our luggage (packed for 2 weeks). The driver who picked us up didn't even say hello. I have a problem if a commercial vehicle leaves their vehicle running, unlock with doors opened. Response I received from ALEX MANAGER is that sometimes drivers get out to get some air when they reach their destination. I GET THAT but not LEAVING a vehicle unattended and RUNNING with our personal belongings at anyone's reach to go inside the bus. I have a problem if someone my sister hired for her wedding (photographer) needs to HELP THE DRIVER WITH GPS because the driver passed our location by 5 minutes. They are paid to take pictures/videos for us and not guide a DRIVER. The company should provide either a GPS to their drivers. 51 minutes late, driver started driving with doors opened. She went over speed bumps fast. We weren't able to go to our first destination due to the tardiness of the bus. Driver was rude to my sister (THE BRIDE). I sent Alex the manager a long email that he never even responded. I had to call him and his sarcasm wasn't appreciated. He said "Yes I read through it briefly your "nice" long email. Manager Alex said he didn't find any of the pictures/videos I emailed him a big concern as we made it seem. (WHAT?!) He was also cutting me off in the beginning of our second conversation over the phone and he said I'm an exaggerated person?!!!!!! Please be careful booking this company. They sent a bus to take my group of 30 to Midway that had a broken luggage compartment. This created an unsafe condition where luggage was piled in the passenger compartment. This was the last day of a five day rental. The customer service to resolve the issue was very poor. There is no way to resolve monetary issues over a weekend. They also refused to negotiate a refund with me and issued a less than satisfactory refund without any further discussion. On another day the bus was late due to mechanical issues. Find a more reliable company. read more

BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! LOOK ELSEWHERE! We reserved a limo bus for 07/02/2021 for my sister's wedding and the whole experience was horrible. The driver was running late because she was going the opposite way. On top of that we received another call that she was even more delayed because she got in a car accident! Our reservation was from 1:30-5pm. She didn't get to the house until 2:21! Very unacceptable. At this point we had to improvise and we're not able to go to the first location to take pictures because of that hour we lost. I spoke to a representative at MM Limo and said we will be refunded for the time she was late. Not even 10 minutes into the ride did the driver missed some speed bumps causing us to slide crazy on the bus & spill drinks in our dressed. Mind you this wasn't just one speed bump. She braked last minute after the fact & apologize admitting she missed the bumps. When we arrived to the location where we were taking pictures the driver and security both got off the bus and left the bus running, unlock & the doors on the side were kept open with all our personal belongings there! I tried calling her and she didn't pick up. (I have phone records). As we were waiting for the bride and groom to finish there last photos the bridal party went back to the bus, that's when the driver literally took 30 minutes to get out! The groom and my husband have a CDL license and my husband offered the driver to guide them from the outside to reverse and she said no that she knew how to get out... well She kept trying to make a U TURN in a small parking lot where their were cars! Everyone outside kept staring at the bus seeing if she was going to hit any cars. She then decided to go through a trail where yes cars are permitted but it was a dead end to the park and too narrow for a party bus to go through. We felt unsafe and nervous she was going to hit something!! Since there was a dead end she had to now REVERSE, it was like so narrow and we have to keep looking out and make sure she wasn't going to hit an object or a person. As she was backing up part of the bus went through a bicyclist trail! Bicyclist that were passing made a turn to prevent from being hit since the bus was reversing! I called to complaint as soon as we got to the banquet and left a message for the manager who was gone for the day to call me Saturday. I left out town so my sister was the one who spoke to the manager Alex Mishulovich who at first seems understanding about the situation. He asked for my sister to send an email with the details to look into the cameras. Well my sister didn't hear back and she followed up July 6th and the phone call with him was ver unpleasant. He implied that we were lying, exaggerating on the events that occurred, started being sarcastic and said they can't always believe the customer and wanted to brush her off and hang the call up not letting my sister speak. He stated we didn't have enough proof. He has pictures, some videos did he want us to record the whole ride??! This was our sister wedding. We are trying to enjoy the day and celebrate not spend our time recording the entire ride. We did as much as we could. My sister asked for a follow up on the refund for the 51 minutes she was late plus additional for the horrible service we received (we never were seeking a full refund) and he said we would see in our account that he didn't have the time to follow up with us with a phone call. Out of $723.75 we pod for 3 hours 30 minutes we only received $105 back. That's not even the amount for the time she was late. Do the math it doesnt add up. Aside from the horrible experience we had on a very special day, the manager handled this complaint poorly. Telling a customer that they're being exaggerated, implying that we are lying? Being sarcastic and saying they can't always believe the customer smh. Alex Mishulovich shouldn't be a manager. That poor management and knowing that this is who this company has as a manager is a huge red flag. DONT HIRE THEM. Horrible people managing and they don't care about anything but money. They did refund that trip, as they should, because we could not wait and had to drive ourselves. Poor communication leading up to the event. I was surprised the driver was able to fit all the luggage into the trunk. The ride was uneventful and we arrived quickly and on-time. The ride back is another story. The driver shows up in a 7 passenger limo. There was no point trying to resolve when all you want to do is get home. He was able to fit 5 pieces of luggage and a few carry-ons in the trunk. The rest sat on our laps for the entire ride home. I paid for a 9 passenger limo. They don't even list a 7 passenger limo on their site. Bottom line, the experience with M&M was disappointing. I will give you two stars since half of the trip was fine. However, you lost mine and my families future business. read more

We rented a 29 person limo bus that was late taking us to our venue then upon pick up from our remote location they sent a smaller 22 person limo bus. People had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for Ubers and it was a huge safety hazard as we had well overpack the bus. I was nervous about missing my flight to Japan. I had nothing to worry about. At 2:55 am the car arrived and a well-dressed gentlemen greeted me and loaded my bag into the car. i would give them zero stars if I could because they don't even deserve a 1 star rating. My wife booked and paid for a limo to pick her up along with our daughter and their two friends. When it was time to be picked up, my wife called to check the status of the limo. M&M replied, "we had to cancel your limo because we don't have any cars" resulting in my wife, daughter, and their two friends being stranded late at night. My wife asked for a refund over a week ago and they haven't refunded the money. These guys are crooks which is putting it mildly. If you've experienced issues with this company, I strongly encourage you to report them to the Better Business Bureau at bbb.org. read more
