I get it back and it was still shifting a little weird at higher speeds but didn't think to much of it. 3 months go by and it throws itself in limp mode and completely stops shifting gears. Only had 1st and reverse. So not knowing what it was I called them to see if they could see what's going on with it they told me it is no longer covered under warranty. I hadn't even driven this thing 3000 miles and a warranty from the factory is good for 12000 miles or 1 year. So when I asked for a copy of the work that was done and the warranty they could not provide me with said documents, they said they couldn't find it. Still having issues to this day with the transmission and just about everything else major with this car. They do not do inspections on their vehicles and could careless that they are selling people vehicles that are dangerous to even have out on the roads. Tires were completely bald and they took 2000 of my $2500 down payment and tacked it on to the original price instead of paying towards the actual price they had listed. So instead of a 12000 dollar car before interest it then became a 14000 dollar car with interest. Watch out for this place they are scam artists at it's finest

The car that I bought was conveniently fine until the window when I could bring it back closed. I bought the car in September, it started acting funny late November, then December I had to take it to a mechanic for $380, mind you I couldn't drive it for at least 2 weeks because the starter was messed up. After that my car was down another 2 weeks because we figured out the transmission needed a flushing, now I have to keep buying fluid because the transmission has a leak. Now they're threatening to repo my car because they messed up with the payment extraction. I sent the lady photographical evidence that their system made the mistake by not taking the payment when the money was there, it never showed up as an attempted debit withdrawal on my account, and her response with a rude tone was "No, absolutely not, you've only made 5 payments; we are not about to start getting behind". Her attitude is nasty, she was rude to me all the way up until it was time for me to purchase the vehicle. I gathered she's nice when payments come in, she's rude when she thinks you don't have the money. Just ugly on the inside and out. Regarding the payment system I mentioned previously, I signed up for auto payments, and it didn't take. That thing called me when she wanted my new insurance, but didn't call when the payment wasn't received...weird. This place seems like a lemon lot, DO NOT buy from here. The moment I can, I'm going to give them their beater back. Keep saving your money and go to a real dealership. The amount of money that I had to put into this car, and still have to because the transmission leak ain't fixed, I could've got a brand new car.

So we had some communication difficulties between what info they needed from me on my current car, it would have just been simpler for him to come tell me what he needed rather than play telephone. They low-balled me on my trade-in by 30% based on KBB value, but that's their business so I don't hold this against them. My only experience was with Vanessa, and she did great. There was one detail that irritated me; final offer they gave me was $15,000, I countered with $13,000. They came back with $14,900, wow. I understand it's a negotiation, but that's an insult. Instead of insulting me with a $100 price decrease, just tell me you can't come down from that price.
