Yes, sometimes there's a longer wait, especially during busy flu seasons, but that's to be expected with physicians who take the time to really talk to you. At Ramtown Medical, they give you the time to ask all your questions and provide thoughtful, comprehensive care. This is such a refreshing change from other offices where visits can feel rushed and impersonal. When I contacted the office, the manager was insistent that they don't take my insurance and was very rude. Told me I was on my own with a stent in me and stone. It was very hard to find a doctor that would help since another doctor already operated. And they do take my insurance, she just didn't want to deal with third party billing is what the manager said. This is an awful thing to do to a person. They were obligated to follow up when you operate on someone.

Was a patient of Dr. Chu 20 years ago. To say this man was kind and knowledgeable is an…read moreunderstatement. I had a benign cyst that had ruptured causing me to be hospitalized, Dr. Chu worked with at least 10 doctors to try and find the root cause. He was very instrumental to my recovery and I'm grateful for his expertise and explanation of what was going on and how to manage and care for my condition. Still thankful for Dr. Chu, and his comrades in the adjacent field Dr. Calabrese and Banks at Coastal Oral surgery.
