But these men came by within a few days and said the liner was old and hadn't gone to back to its shape (or had stretched) . They also left me with a quote for a new liner but stated the vinyl was probably not going to do well with a wrinkle repair. They charged me nothing for their time and opinion. One of them stated if you can deal with the ugly wrinkle, I'd leave it until you can replace it. I appreciated the honesty and the fact he didn't try to sell me his services.

He replaced our original pool liner which he didn't install but was able to work with the company and the ins and outs of the warranty to get us a prorated cost on the liner. we have used him for other repairs and most recently for a new liner and repair of the 28 year old bottom. His price was reasonable and the results were quality. I highly recommend Aqua Dynamics and friends I have recommended to him have had positive experiences as well.

They were more expensive, but was recommended by someone who repaired our liner and they made a good first impression. However, it went downhill from there. They never called to let us know when they were coming out. They would just show up at the house. I told them several times that we needed advance notification to make sure somebody was home, but they would just show up. They said the pool flooring all needed resurfaced, which I didn't feel it really did. There were just a few spots that needed patched. When they finished resurfacing the floor, it was rougher than it was before they started. The five minutes that Ashley was here, I asked about the pool light because nobody had done anything with it yet, even though I asked for it to be added onto the paperwork several times. He had me pull one up online and said the cost would be within $100 of that price. However, it was about $500 over that price that we saw online. Their communication was very unprofessional, and the pricing was double what the original contract stated. I would definitely not recommend this company. They're not trustworthy.

They originally told us the liner would be installed months earlier, but it ended up being delayed by four months with barely any communication. We had to keep chasing them for updates, and even then, responses were vague or nonexistent. On top of that, they never followed through on installing the pool light. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. They left a mess in our back yard even though they asked us where to discard materials. This company is poorly managed and lacks basic customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pool services I had to contact them for them to get back to me on the whole 4 month delay. Very reasonable price for the quality cover and install. I recently opened for the season, and I am very pleased with the lack of effort it takes to clean and ready the pool. I only had to do one sweep of the sides and bottom, put in the vacuum and let it do its thing. Two jugs of chlorine and 4 lbs. of stabilizer. Salt and all other levels were perfect. Made the mistake of giving these people a "refundable deposit" of 1k after a suspiciously low…read morefiberglass pool quote (makes sense after the fact). After about a month of poor communication and unprofessional behavior I was very hesitant to give them more money and terminated the contract. I called about the deposit and was told it would be issued via check. Over a month later, still no deposit, called for the 2nd time after a month and was met with rude and combative behavior by their clerk Ashley. Wasted enough time with these clowns, handing the matter over to the contractor board, possibly small claims court to follow. Ultimately went with a different contractor who has been fantastic to work with.
