The worst place I have ever been, I took my car in to upgrade my lights , and this guy MARIO burn my control module on my Mercedes' Benz convertible clk 350, then he said he will replace it. After 4 days waiting for it without any phone calls from him to give me any upgrade on what was going on with my car I decided to go to the shop to find out that my car wasn't even at the shop, he left my car in a parking lot all this time, when I confronted him about it he just said that he wasn't able to fix it, and didn't even order the module. I wonder why he was just holding my car for 4 days without even tell me what was going on. Then when I went to pick it up in the afternoon he doesn't even show up, another guy give me my car back. Now I"ll have to take my car to the dealer to fix the damage he made. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. read more

I was robbed and conned out of lots of money by Mario at m&m pro audio who has over charged me for poor quality work . That he refused to fix my vehicle that has endless problems including fire hazard wiring. Ever time I brought my truck back with problems he never can give me a straight answer to what was wrong with my truck and cost me more money fixing things that were not even issues . This establishment is TOP NOTCH, I go could give it 10 Stars I would. Long story short, I came in to see if I could have some wiring fixed on my aftermarket stereo setup. The shop was really busy at the time but one of the shop owners (Mario) was kind enough to talk to me about what I needed done. Then took the time to repair it himself, all while explaining to me what was wrong and how to fix it. And Bingo Bango, it works perfectly! This guys is a Veteran I had a nasty problem with my daughter's car power door locks stopped working. lost the speaker to the stereo and the power window wouldn't go up. This guy pulled out the harness and soldered (not crimp connected) all the broken wires on the rear door. Most radio shops wouldn't Touch this. To his credit he then went to each door (4door) inspected and correcting. This is a common flaw of Chevrolet and Ford's design. I went to M&M Pro Audio in hopes to fix a problem that another auto sound shop did. My aftermarket subwoofer was installed poorly and was constantly draining my battery, leading me to have 3 battery replacements in a span of 15 months. I set an appointment with Mario who was very kind and knowledgeable in auto sounds. I dropped my car off at 9am and he said it should be finished by 1pm. My car was not ready for pick up until 6pm, but that is likely due to the high quality and volume of work this shop has. Mario assured me that my subwoofer would no longer drain my battery as he fixed the sub to turn off when my car is off. He also fixed the quality of sound that my subwoofer produces. Mario mentioned a few things that he noticed while working on my car that can would enhanced my overall audio, he was not pushy and did not pressure me into making a decision to get the items fixed. As I was leaving, Mario stressed that if anything did not seem right with my battery or subwoofer to come back and he would rectify it. I have a 2011 toyota corolla s and was looking for a fully new audio system to upgrade my car with. After looking at several car audio shops I came across M&M and made a stop in appointment with Mario to Discuss my car. First let me discuss other shops and answers I got prior to M&M. Shop 1- Went way over my budget and told me that if I wanted it done right thats how much it would cost. Didn't even look at my car. Shop 2- Looked at my car for 5 minutes, went slighlty over my budget but didn't explain a single part of the process which made me feel very uncomrtable due to them saying "don't worry we know what we're doing and we'll make it look right" Shop 3- Asked me to bring my car in to give me an estimate. When I arrived they asked me for my budget. Without even looking at my car they gave me an estimate over my budget. Someone explain this to me please? Then I finally came across M&M pro audio. All 5 star reviews online and not one complaint. I decided to give it a go and give them a call. I was busy that week and couldn't go in to the shop to get an exact estimate so I told Mario what I wanted to do and he explained to me absolutely everything on the phone for 30 minutes!(keep in mind, other places that ASKED ME to "come in" only spoke to me for 5 minutes after making a drive to see them!) I liked the way Mario explained everything and decided to go in for a consulting appointment. He spent 2 hours of his time just looking at my car and giving me every literal option! He told me exact prices, what he would recommend, what I honestly wouldn't need, and explained every bit in extreme detail for me. He gave me every option he could think of, asked me for my budget, then told me which options where best and fit my budget EXACTLY! After seeing how much time and effort he was giving me I could only imagine the work he was going to do for my car so I agreed on an install date. I got the full package, back up camera, radio, front speakers, back speakers, extra equalizer, 4channel amp, subwoofers, class d mono amp, and dynamat on the entire car. When I went to pick up my car, they where playing music and my jaw just absolutely dropped. I couldn't believe that the music was coming from MY car !! Took a look inside and was blown away by my expectations. They drilled my amps onto my box in my trunk to look absolutely amazing, they hid my Bass Knob Perfectly, their was Absolutely no wiring available to be seen anywhere inside the car, the backup camera was flawless and the dynamat they added was extremely noticable due to the increased wieght of opening my trunk lid. Beyond what I expected! If I could rate higher, I would! Mario and his son are one hell of a duo and know how to do everything PERFECTLY.
