We called at about 7:45 Monday morning and Kevin, the owner, was able to take our truck in right away. Our Ford diesel had a coolant leak, and after diagnosing the problem he carefully inspected the rest of the engine and discovered two additional hoses that were also failing. He ordered the correct parts from the Ford dealership and the staff at Elite Auto & Fleet took care of the parts installation. What really stood out was the customer service. Kevin personally drove us back to the KOA RV Park after we dropped the truck off, and then picked us up when the repair was finished. That kind of service is rare these days. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about diesel engines, very personable, and clearly has his customers' best interests at heart. The price was very reasonable for diesel repair, and the work was completed quickly--we dropped the truck off Monday morning and were back on the road by about 10:00 AM Tuesday. David was easily one of the best salespeople I've dealt with. From the beginning he was straightforward, patient, responsive, and never made us feel pressured. We went back and forth quite a bit before making the trip and he always answered our questions and kept us updated. We originally planned on using our own credit union but their requirements made the out-of-state purchase extremely complicated. David and the team worked with us to find another solution, helped get us a great rate through Capital One, and handled the Nevada registration process so we didn't have to figure everything out ourselves. They also honored the price we had negotiated beforehand, so there were no last minute surprises when we arrived. We were able to actually see and drive the vehicle before making our final decision and the whole process felt very transparent.
