This is a local auto tire repair shop First time coming…read morehere. Had to call the day before and have them order the size tires needed. The girl said they would be there the next day. They sure were! Waiting area was clean. They took the car pretty fast and there were no games played with the price or anything. The owner is involved in all transactions and checks the work after it is done. Highly recommend this place if you need any tires or work done, very reliable and trustworthy place!

Came here with what I thought was a hole in my tire to get it plugged, they came back and told me they couldn't find one and seemed agitated that they couldn't charge me for checking it. Took my car to another spot in town and was immediately shown what was clearly a split in my tire and sold me a new tire on the spot for next to nothing! Haven't come back here since then, I hope they've learned to have better customer service since then.

I asked for an air hose at one of the bays. The guy working there looked at the tire and quickly saw a jagged piece of glass in the tire. He stopped what he was working on and got an inside patch on my tire in a half hour and I was on my way. I really wasn't expecting much when I stopped but was really happy with the quick and friendly service I got. And at a great price. When I need tires, I will drive the extra distance to get them there.

The first extra mile was when they took the initiative to call their customer and ask if he was picking them up today, or if they could order him another set to be picked up tomorrow. That was fine with their client! Joe arrived thirty minutes later, with all the tools necessary to work on a large commercial vehicle. Wet pavement and a little mud was no barrier. He quickly and efficiently changed two tires, and I was offered an array of ways to pay over the phone. This was the rest of the marathon. My cards were all flagged for unusual activity...not surprising for a large transaction out of state. They were so patient with me as I tried multiple cards, called my bank, and finally got it fixed on my end. They accept Apple Cash which was easy to do on my phone. Ninety minutes after the initial phone call we were on the road again, vacation saved. I'm assuming most of the good reviews they get are from people who know them and are getting to have their vehicle put ahead of others, like ours, since I have literally watched them put a police officers wife's car ahead of everyone else's repair. The only some what apology or recognition that we are being done wrong was that the son claimed his father keeps sending him other vehicles..... These guys work very fast! I was in and out of there within twenty minutes! They also greased each end of the axel! This is an ancient tire store! It doesn't look fancy and the yard is not well kept. There is no air conditioned lounge for customers. It's not needed anyways! You won't be there long enough to use it!

I thought maybe the tire people forgot to put it back on. It's actually an axel cover located in the middle of the rim. It just pops in place. I called our local Honda Dealership and a replacement piece for the one lost was astronomically expensive! The thing is made out of something metal looking although it's not. I called Vickers and they said they would get me one for five bucks and it would look very acceptable! They were right! It's looks original! Came off a wrecked Honda.
