Not to mention the fact they they haven't replaced all the parts they took off, missing my radiator cober... thats like another $200. Make your own decisions. "Bone" answered immediately and let us know he was finishing up a service nearby and would call back shortly to update us on wait time. We waited around 20 minutes for Bone to call back. It seemed like longer but now looking back, it made sense as he was already in the middle of a service when we called. Bone asked for details on where to pick up and had us send our exact location to him through text. When he was getting close to our location, he called to make sure he was arriving to the correct spot. What I appreciated most was Bone's transparency and reliability. We definitely felt safe and in good care through the entire process, from him arriving, loading my vehicle onto his towing truck, and driving us to my apartment. He charged $130.00 for service (2.8 miles) which I think is a good price comparative to other companies. He even gave a recommendation on an auto shop to take my car to for repairs *will update review* Overall I was very pleased with Bone's service and would definitely go to him again (although I hope I don't need to)!
