So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Jimmy the owner got mad.We brought my dad's truck to get a tune up.He kept it for a month AND didn't even touch it.We went by after 2 weeks.He kept saying I will look at it.After a month he didn't even touch it,because I called him out about his son's mistake.After a month we picked up my dad's truck and brought it to another shop.That was very UNETHICAL AND RUDE!!!! 20 years we were customer and they do this.Not the right way to do business.
