Thursday night I called Star for availability and a quote; Friday early morning I was picking up my folding chairs and tables. As we pulled up they were just finishing cleaning off the chairs for our pick up. Went inside to pay and by the time we came back out the car was loaded and ready to go. I paid one day rental fees and had the chairs / tables until Monday. Upon return, workers came out and unloaded my car. My reason for only 4 Stars - I had called for a quote the week before and the price went up by the time I called to rent. It is not like the woman didn't remember my name or the needed supplies. She just said the chairs I wanted weren't available. Also, upon return I was told they opened at 9am - no one was there until about 9:30am - making me even more late to work ( as they were not open on the weekends for return.) The one upside to that was if I had two days of partying and I only paid for one day rentals; but I did not and I had to be at work by 8am so this wasn't great for me.
