To make matters worse, I've called the shop 7 times trying to get this addressed, and not once has anyone answered. The lack of accountability and communication is just as frustrating as the damage itself. This situation was not only inconvenient but also costly and stressful. An oil change is one of the most basic services, and damaging a major component like the oil pan is unacceptable. I trusted this location with my vehicle, and instead, I ended up with a bigger problem than I came in with. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Few nights ago 06-09-25 headed home from East Chicago Indiana and my Prius would not start. Next morning called for a tow from E&R towing Markham. Towed vehicle to River Oaks Toyota and mechanic found that last guy that changed my oil didn't fill all the way past dipstick lower mark they found no leaks just user error. If oil is not within dipstick range too low the Hybrid engine will shut off won't start. Lesson learned you get what you pay for smh. Toyota Repair/Diagnostic $331.33, Tow $185.81, Uber ride $48.72. Next time just go to the dealer get the job done right and ya'll won't have to deal with the mess I went through.
