No issues whatsoever, no complaints. It looks like others have had major issues with other repairs and appointment scheduling, but I honestly had no problems. I was disappointed with the service I received at the Broadview Pep Boys location. I brought my…read morevehicle in because it was pulling to the right and requested that it be checked for a wheel alignment. I was later informed that the inner and outer tie rod ends needed replacement, which I approved. The total cost was over $500. After picking up the vehicle, the issue remained unchanged. I also discovered that the front right tire had been inflated to 47 PSI. Standard PSI is 35 PSI. I returned the next day, and after another alignment inspection, I was told that worn out front tires was most likely causing the issue. I paid an additional $40 at another shop to rotate the tires, but the vehicle still pulled to the right. When I returned again, I was told they could only refund the alignment charge of $138. In the end, I still have the original issue despite spending several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall service experience.
