I normally leave the room and let technicians do what they need to do, but Brian was so engaging and willing to talk about and explain what he was doing, his experience in the field as a technician and as the owner, and offered recommendations for restaurants to go to as a new resident. I have artwork I need hung in the next week, and I will be going back to BF Configurations for help. You know it is a good company when the owner is willing to come out himself and do the grunt work.
