There was no damage to the interior. The car was done when they said it would be done, and it had the exterior and interior cleaned. Windows washed inside and out. The vehicle is a 2017 Buick Encore, and it looks like new. The shop manager, Jamie, gave me the estimate when I first went in there. I did not know her before, but it didn't take long to understand that she was a compassionate person, and I would be very surprised if you had a problem, and she didn't make it right. It was a relief to talk to someone who did not give you the feeling they had their hand in your pocket. Bottom line - great work, great price, and management you can trust.

We only found out because a friend of ours saw our vehicle on a tow truck bed and our friend called us. The lady at stans who i spoke to assumed that the vehicle was totaled and gave the permission to have the vehicle released to the auction company without notifiying us or having us sign. We still had personal property in the vehicle and not given notice to come clean out the car. We had not even received the police report or a call from insurance yet! First and last time using Stans!
