Our Jeep had a defect found by our maintenance team. Took the vehicle there and was greeted by Soren who took the time to explain what the issue was. Left the car here for two days and upon inspection the job was completed and in a satisfactory condition. He also quoted an estimate of several other body repairs this vehicle needed. Decided to leave the car and have the repairs done. Wow, what a huge difference it made when I picked it up. Overall very satisfied with all they did and to be honest they did more. buyer beware... they have a good star rating but they don't deserve it. They will try to scam you if you let them. I took my car in and they lazily and haphazardly put the car back together. The mechanical issues weren't fixed, just the body (barely) was. Many dash lights were on, the engine overheated nearly instantly, the body & paint was chipped and dented where it wasn't before, my headlights & electrical system remain dysfunctional, and somehow my windshield had formed a huge irreparable crack. I had to ask them to correct these issues, twice! It seems they just wanted to do the minimum effort and get away with as much as possible. Now I have to go source paint repair and fix the electrical problem.. don't give this place a penny! read more

I could not be any more thankful or happier with this business. In an effort to fix some scratches myself on my Lexus vehicle I made a complete mess of the project. Expecting to pay several thousand dollars to fix it I walked in their shop and Steve the estimator gave me some quality advice to fix the issue myself that I had caused. Needless to say the type of service you get from companies like this doesn't exist where they're giving you sound advice to help yourself and then if needed they step in. You have made a customer for life even though I have not yet needed repair services for any of my vehicles I own. Thank you again for your time education and patience that you gave me. read more

I was in need of a full tint job for my second Mini Cooper and my mechanic recommended these guys to me, and they sure didn't disappoint. My car looks sick, and they did it in a record amount of time for way less than what other places wanted for a full tint job. Where do I begin...... My car was involved in a parking lot fender bender in late June of 2021. My first choice was to take my vehicle to Lacey Collision, I've used them a few times in the past and I've always been happy with their work. Unfortunately, Lacey Collision was not able to take the job due to a disqualifying issue. I was referred to Martin Way Collision. (Lacey Collision did not make the referral.) From the moment I first walked into the shop, I had a feeling things were going to be dicey. First off, as of right now, regardless if we like it or not, we are living in an age of covid. NOBODY in this shop, both customer or employee alike is wearing a mask. (I don't like wearing masks either, but I do it because it's the right thing to do.) Second thing, The receptionist (the front face of this company that greets the public) has a big fat wad of chewing tobacco in her mouth. It looked like she had a mouth full of dirt. You could see her spitter from the counter. Really??!! Lacey Collision had preformed an initial parking lot assessment of my vehicle and wrote an early estimate addressing the damage they could see. There was other damage that had not yet been noted. Upon drop off at Martin Way, I made it a point make sure the staff was informed of the other damage I had noticed. I was assured they would do a complete inspection and would submit a supplement to my insurance to cover any additional repairs. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. All they did was go down the list of Lacey's estimate and shoed me out the door with a car reeking of paint, no invoice of the work done. Forced to make a return trip, I pointed out (again) all the other things that had yet to be addressed. Martin Way submitted a supplemental to my insurance, my insurance notified me that the appointment was a go. I arrived to drop the car off. Steve pulled my file folder and was going over what was going to be repaired. I glance down in my file folder and see a check inside which Steve is making a point to conceal, folding it over with his thumb and LYING to me about not receiving payment from my insurance. A week and a half later, I show up to pick up my car. As I drive away, I look at my radio in the car and it says RADIO LOCKED which rendered my stereo inoperable, thankfully a very nice lady at Gillchrist Chevrolet told me how to fix that. To this day, there is still damage that was incurred in that accident back in early June, but at this point, I have given up any hope of getting it fixed. I would not sent someone I HATED to this place. This was a customer service nightmare from the beginning. read more

Please take your business elsewhere. There are better shops. Cheap body work that will not last and you will be ignored when you reach out about issues. Although, the guy who runs the tinting portion of the shop is probably best in the area though. Definitely recommend him. read more

Stopped in to get an estimate on auto body work and the lady at the front counter couldn't have been less interested in helping me. I told her I was in for an estimate. She didn't speak a single word back and sat there listening in/focused on a few of her coworkers having a conversation amongst themselves. Eventually she gathered some paperwork together and held into for a little bit, continuing to try and involve herself in her coworkers conversation. Once the conversation was done (not work related, just banter back and forth) she handed the paperwork to a coworker and told him I needed an estimate. If she would have engaged me in conversation at all, she would have known I didn't have the vehicle there with me, but I had photos, nor was this an insurance claim, it was out of pocket. When I explained this to the guy who now had the paperwork, she seemed annoyed at the situation. Long story short, the answer I got was they are "too busy" to do non insurance claim work. How I interpret that is, they can get a lot more money from insurance companies for work, than somebody paying out of pocket. Can't comment on the work they do, but I stopped into several auto body shops the same day. If their front office/lobby is any indication of the work they do...I'd proceed with caution, it looks like an episode of hoarders was filmed here. Martin way collision is amazing. I have had all of my vehicles tinted there along with plenty of dents taken out of them as well. Along with Casey making stickers for my vehicle too. My parents and siblings also get their windows tinted here and they do amazing work. Joey, the tinter never seizes to amaze with his quick and quality work. Casey never fails to take an idea for a sticker and make it a reality. Steve always makes sure work is done right in the painting and dent removal area! This is the ONLY business I will take and trust my vehicles with, hands down. read more

THEY SIPHONED MY GAS WHEN THEY DELIVERED MY CAR TO ME!!! So this is one hell of a story about this place. Aamco across the street boogered up my door and this was their place to fix it for me. My wife TRIED to suprise me with extra body work as a gift. Steve strung us along for 5 EXTRA Days(including a weekend) continually telling us both "tommorrow" and told us it was in the paint booth 3 times? So after a week and a half we arrive to a car that still has gouged up (but polished) side trim-the side that was done as a gift, a super half assed repair on my driver door, and debris in the repaired paint leaving it unsmooth and very amateur for a body shop. The inside of the car when I arrived to get it was completely covered with paint, primer, overspray, and dust. It was sticky to the touch and felt disgusting. Due to the residue the car reeks of every chemical they've touched it with cuz its well.... all over everything. On top of all of their garbage work they managed to hand me the keys with a malfunctioning stereo AND an air bag error light going crazy on the dash. So l take the car back and tell them to fix the discrepancies and call me. When they delivered the car it has less than 1 liter of gas(thanks infotainment center) AND the employee with the huge rat tail and cohort female from.behind the desk LEFT MY GAS DOOR OPEN FROM SIPHONING IT OUT. ABSOLUTE Ripoff, NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Total ripoff read more

I tried them after I saw the job they did on a coworker's car. They were the only shop I could find capable of repairing a plastic bumper/spoiler that had been torn up in places, rather than flat out replace it which would have cost major bucks. The repaired bumper not only looks new, they did a superb job of matching the paint which is a rare hue of silver with a subtle blue tint to it. read more

I started looking on yelp for glass repair shops and Bill was the first one who replied and, in my opinion, the best one! I had another shop who replied but was only doing windshield replacements, and finally a third shop replied the day AFTER Bill fixed my windshield. Bill was extremely professional and skilled. He came out to service my windshield in just a couple days from my initial quote. He was on time, remained courteous, and worked quickly. After he was done, the rock chip was almost invisible. It was over 90 degrees and I was not about to let it spread, so the husband started calling to places around Olympia as we were nearing the city. The first quote was for a place in Chehalis that had no website and 0 reviews. $80. The second place had good reviews. They couldn't fit us in. We called Jesse and he said come on in. $40. Sold! It's a nice little shop just off the freeway (101 or 5, I can't remember). Jesse was helping another customer but got to us as quick as he could. Came out to check out the chip and immediately had his co-worker bring my car to the back to cool down. Jesse explained the process and what we could do to maintain the repair. He said it would take at least 25 minutes because the glass was hot and had to cool down. We were offered cold bottled water. We chilled out on the big sofa. It was a crappy situation to be there, but it turned out to just be a nice detour. The crack was fixed and you can hardly tell it's there. No sun shade for this window's future! Great service and really friendly folks there...a winning combo. Thank you, Jesse!!

Since I have a high deductible and would literally have to pay for the whole thing myself if it cracked, told them, without question, that if they felt they couldn't do it without causing an actual crack, NOT to do it. They insisted they could and told me that this is something they do a lot and 1 in a million go wrong after looking at the tiny pencil sized chip and they would make it right if they did. I should have known something was off when initially I couldn't even get him to get out of the chair to confirm until he had my insurance information...? In other words, this was a SCAM. Then he put the most junior guy on it and well, you guessed it. They broke my windshield. Then told me I just need to pay my 1000$ deductible and they would fix it... as if we never spoke! Complete Bait and Switch. I tried to call customer service, even went to talk with the Supervisor. It was pointless. I have a 1000$ bill to fix a broken windshield now due to this business. I even went to the BBB for some help here and other then their rating being negatively affected (which by the Stars here you can see, makes no difference to them), you take your chances, but better with ANY other window repair quality service, because this isn't it. I shared this with my Corp as well as I lead a network here in the State of a few thousand employees and its the least I could do as well as this review. After a rock damaged both my windshield and the vehicle frame, I coordinated a repair involving a local dent specialist and your West Olympia branch. I worked with April to schedule a specific two-step process for 5/1/26: your technician was to remove the glass at 10:00 AM, allow the dent repair to take place, and return later that day to install the new windshield. I was explicitly told by April that payment would be required when the technician called on his way back for the final installation. The service I received was unacceptable for the following reasons: - Scheduling and Professionalism: The technician called me early, expressed frustration with his schedule, and arrived significantly later than the 11:00 AM time he game me. - Communication Failures: Despite having my contact information, the technician mistakenly believed I was a dealership. Later, he left the site without performing the work, claiming to the shop that payment was needed upfront--a direct contradiction to what was agreed upon with April. I was never called to provide payment, which I would have gladly done over the phone to avoid delays. - Lack of Accountability: When I attempted to resolve this, the local shop refused to let me speak with a manager. When I contacted the corporate office, I received no explanation, no apology, and no assistance. They just let me know someone should be in touch. I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this. This total lack of customer service, from the local technician to headquarters, is deeply concerning. Because Safelite chose to cease communication rather than resolve a problem of its own making, I cannot recommend your services to others. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will address these systemic failures in communication and professional conduct so this does not happen to others. Thanks

They confirmed the rear brakes were still in good shape (around 10mm), the control arm bushings were fine, and none of that additional work was needed right now. That kind of honesty is rare. They previously handled my front brake service, and everything was done right, no issues since. This time they also completed an alignment and oil service, both at fair prices. Mark was especially helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained what was actually needed versus what could wait, and didn't try to upsell anything. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed. Bonus points to him since he's a fellow Atlanta Braves fan! It was easy to schedule with Hugo and he's mobile, that alone is top shelf. Hugo showed up on time, he's very respectful, courteous, kind and his work exceeded our expectations. Hugo was originally scheduled to do our 2 side windows on the Family wagon, when he arrived I threw a curve ball at him and asked what he would charge to do the whole van darker and a front window visor. Hugo didn't hesitate to give me straight forward price let alone I wasn't sticker shock when he said he could do it all that day and be done by said time. Our family cares about having safe places for members of the queer community to patronize, so this got me in the door. We were able to get both our cars in for routine service quickly. This included a free all-points inspection with photos and info (e.g. brake pad thickness) and broke everything down by degree of urgency. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community. Top notch service !!! I took my car in to have a repair that should have taken 3-4 days, at the end of the second day my car was ready. When I looked at my car, the owner Steve noticed it had a little compound left on the car....no big deal, he will take care of it right??? He went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was to his highest standard, he literally went over the vehicle himself the next morning. To top it off, he provided me with a ride to work and a personal delivery of my vehicle. I can't say enough about the professionalism at Martin Way Collision, that includes his amazing staff Brandi and Casey! You won't go wrong here, incredible local business!! I don't understand the post from July 17, 2023. These folks never, NOT ONCE, tried to scam me. They did great work and put my baby back together. Plus, they saved me around $4500 after G*($ber Collision tried to scam me by giving an inflated estimate to my insurance company which totaled my car. If you have a doubt, go talk to them. Soren, Steve and Christina were straight-forward and honest and took great care of me and my car. I am more than pleased and if I ever have any other work that needs to be done, this is the place I'm going to go. They are honest, knowledgeable and timely. From my first phone call, to the return of my keys, this was an exceptional experience. I felt welcomed, and was treated with respect, even though I knew nothing about cars. The price was great, the work was completed on time, and they even washed all the tree sap off my car. I actually wasn't sure they had brought me the correct vehicle, because it looked so great! They helped us ( my daughter and I) out a couple of times now. She has a 2004 Honda Civic and was in a slight fender bender but does not have collision coverage so had to pay herself. They found a used hood and installed. They also helped with some other odds and ends. Very reasonable price and very helpful read more
