On one visit, I notified the service department ahead of time that my vehicle required a specific oil filter so they could have it available. Despite that notice, the filter had not been ordered, resulting in further delays. The most concerning experience involved my brakes. I was advised that brake work was necessary, yet after leaving the dealership, my brakes failed almost immediately. It was an alarming and potentially dangerous situation that significantly undermined my confidence in the quality of the service being provided. I later corresponded with the service manager in hopes of addressing these concerns. While I appreciated receiving a response, I was ultimately disappointed by how the issues were handled. As the other reviewers have said, Josh is very honest, communicative, and respectful. He makes the whole process easy and has nothing to hide (shows you all the pictures and receipts, very open about letting you get the car inspected, etc.). He took care of all the DMV paperwork for a very small fee and even dropped a part off at my front door after the fact, since it wasn't available at the time of the sale. Overall my experience with Josh was great. My mechanic didn't believe me when I took the car in for its first oil change and I told him it was a salvage. The best part is I now have a used car that looks perfect and I paid only a fraction of the KBB Value.
