However, this means that the air is not the best. All galettes are gluten- and lactose-free. There are different variants with both meat, poultry and fish. Furthermore, there are six beautiful crepes for the ones with a sweet tooth. I ate a galette called Pommes Vert; aged Prästost, smoked bacon, fresh sage, green apple. Absolutely delicious.
