I will never never never again go to M&M nails at the pavilion! I took my daughter for pedicures and it was by far the worst experience ever! 1 hr and 45 to do a regular pedicure and he didn't even massage, put lotion on or a hot towel and left my big toe nails crooked! When I mentioned it to the Owner she said doesn't matter still the same price, then offered to take $5 off ... umm seriously you charged me $40 for a shitty pedicure! I should have Known better and just should have driven to sissy nails ... smh read more

Chairs are awesome and most of the women are great. Owner and his wife are very nice. Do not get your toes done by the eldest lady. She stabbed me and it felt like a big needle going right to the bone. She acted like she didn't do anything and I was being ridiculous. She even started to mock me when I got angry she finally sipped it. I was so angry at her mockery I almost walked out barefoot. Had my nails and toes done yesterday with a friend. The lady who took care of me was not very inviting or friendly. I am happy with my acrylics. I wasn't happy with my pedicure. The reason why I'm rating it so low, is both my friend and I left and immediately said they didn't clean any of the tools they used on us. They would use something, and put it right back where they grabbed it from. The foot shaver she tried to use had skin clearly on it from someone else. I never write bad reviews on anyone, but I recommend going to another salon. There's plenty around to pick from that I'm sure sanitizes and makes sure of it. :) read more

I'm disappointed with my nails. I never spend money on myself, I decide to get dip on my nails for once and I can only have certain things regarding work. There pink and you can see the dirt under my nails. I don't like it I said something when the guy was doing it. But never actually fixed it. A few days later I decide to go back and see if they will fix it. But they want another 30 dollars. 35 last week plus tip and a week later wants another 30 plus tip. I'm unhappy with them. I never spend money on myself. They refused to fix it the right way. That's way to much. read more

Walked in and asked for the price of a pedicure, $25 the manager said although it was $5 more than what is customary I accepted. An older Asian lady began the process. My nails are very hard, but midway she stopped and began to use the Dremel hand tool, she then lathered my feet several times and grabbed the nail file. At which point I reminded her that she had not cut my nails yet! She said that my nails were tough and I replied "That's why I am here". She then soaked my feet again and cut the nails, but not as short as I had requested. Getting ready to send me on my way I reminded her that she had not cleaned beneath my nails and she begrudgingly did her job. As I was leaving I asked the manager whether he knew they have awful reviews on Yelp, he simply said: "Oh, we don't do Yelp." What he really meant is: "We don't care about what our customers say, and we don't value their opinions." All and all this place is more than ready to collect your money and run you out than with doing their job. Definitely, one star! read more

I will say this for this nail place they know what they're doing I have never been rubbed with a hot lime before it was excellent. However, their prices are not correct. I asked for the deluxe spa pedicure and when I first came in on the menu it said $40, however when I went to pay the nail tech said it was $45. I didn't argue because I'm not the confrontational type. But a warning to you other girls they are using false prices. Nice service but, they are liars. read more

Quick and clean! I got a basic pedicure today and was very pleasantly surprised with my nail tech and the manager! We walked in got to pick our colors and were immediately seated- while I waited for the next available tech (5 minutes?) the manager checked in on me and the water twice. Was very kind and listened to my mother talk about the wedding we're attending this weekend. Pedicure was perfect my nail tech was very gentle as my nails are a little ingrown but I was never in pain. Everyone's nails looked great and all 7 of us came this weekend to see them so we say all different technicians! read more

Probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. Since this place is in a pretty busy shopping area, I thought they might be alright but I was sorely mistaken. The guy didn't file or trim my nails, didn't even bother to ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. I asked him to please trim my nails which he did and then picked up a file the person next to him was using to file my nails. I paid for my service and went elsewhere. read more

DO NOT LET "DANNY" TOUCH YOUR NAILS!!! I left today fighting back tears. He cannot see well, and my SNS gel dip french is worse than a child's interpretation of the moon. Also very bumpy and lopsided, so I can't paint over it with regular nail polish to hide them. Soooo bad. I'm still soaking off crap from my skin, trying to peel off this excess mess. No time to fix before our 7 day cruise, as it takes 30 min to soak off this 4 layer mess in addition to the 15min of scraping and 90 minute work, and he filed my nails down to stubs in pointy ovals. I didnt want to go as far as to leave a bad review but my visit here was horrible today. I sat with a lady who I think was new because I've never seen her there before...but regardless I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she said it would be an extra $5 because they were pointed...okay that's fine, although I thought it was weird because I always get my nails shaped this way and whenever I got a fill it was never extra...anyways she starts putting the acrylic on and she used so much product that it was dripping on the back of the nail and onto my skin! Which caused my skin to get stuck to the back of the nail and not only was it too much acrylic it wasn't spread evenly and was really bumpy she kept saying "I'll file it down"...finally she starts to shape my nails and not only does she start filing my skin because it's stuck to the acrylic she makes me bleed and instead of stopping to sanitize or get me something to prevent an infection she tells me to hold it with my other hand to stop the bleeding at that point I was so upset I got up to wash my hands and just said I didn't want to continue with the service and I was going to go....so I got no polish, nothing was buffed or filed out and my nails weren't good at all and she still charged me $30! I asked her for a bandaid when I was at the check out desk because I was still bleeding and she laughed as if she didn't want to get in trouble or for me to be heard...I use to love coming here and now I don't know if I will come back, I don't know her name all I know is she was at station #14...I tried to call after I left to speak with the owner and I think that lady must've picked up because I got hung up on. This place is the worst. Not only do they treat their customers like trash, but they also treat their employees really bad too. While I was in there, the owner was mad at the receptionist for taking an appointment and yelled at her in front of everyone. The poor girl was in tears and she was just doing her job. It's really bad quality. They don't know how to treat people. I had my nails done by Ben, he sits in number one. He was giggling the whole time while doing my nails and reading something on his phone. My nails came out really bad unfortunately. When I told him about it, he laughed in my face and started speaking in Vietnamese to the people around him and they all laughed. I am never coming back to this place again. My friend and I got back from M & M -TERRIBLE!!! My friend's pedicure polish was so thick it peeled off - had it re-done and you could see thru the polish. Plus her heels were full of dry skin! AND her toenails were not cut evenly. Then she had her nails clipped and a gel coat. No tips - no white/pink Her total bill $60!!!!!!! I had a pedicure and it was terrible - no massage - nails cut sooo short!! - and dry cracked heels still!!! REALLY??????? For the low price of $25???? And the water was cold and the spa vents did not work! I asked her to warn the water. All she did was a bit of warm water...did not re-fill Cool at best!!!!!!!! AND did not put me in a pedicure chair that had the whirlpool working. After lunch my friend wanted to go back - Forget it! I have been a licensed Master Cosmetologist since 1969. Made my living doing hair, skin, nails, waxing. We will not go back and plan on our friends at the pool know how bad they are?!?! It was curious that we did not get an itemized bill. I had to ask. The older lady who did my pedicure was really pushy and made me hold my feet/ legs in very awkward uncomfortable positions. When I'd try to readjust shed grab my foot and put it back in said awkward position. Customer service was lacking pedicure was OK. read more

This is the only nail salon where if I get a pedicure, it chips the next day. They use cheap, old material and their nail polish bottles are as old as my grandma. The owner is rude. Technicians are always quitting and going elsewhere. read more

After moving from Fort.Lauderdale, I was trying to find a local salon to go to. This is how I ended up at this one... Oh boy, I will never go back there again. To begin with the salon was super crowded, I could barely walk around anything. They need to seriously get rid of some tables so people can get through. The lady that did my nails was really bad too. She didn't paint my nails right, some were darker than others and some of my nails had visible lines from her not painting them right. It was just bad. Got them done on a Saturday and by Monday they were chipping. Not only that, but I know she was talking about my bruised toe with another lady that also worked there, even though is had explained that my toe was bruised from dropping some pans on it. She was so obvious, pointing at my finger and everything. The manicure I chose was 35 dollars, but somehow she ended up charging me 40 for it. Had the worst manicure of my life here yesterday. I've gotten acrylic nails here before with no issue, but I stopped getting acrylics awhile ago. An older lady named Ann did my nails with some regular polish this time. It turned out awful. Even I have never painted my nails that badly with my non-dominant hand. My nails were filed unevenly, the polish didn't have enough coats and was see through and streaked, not to mention it was on my skin and all over every single one of my cuticles. I just had another lady take it off because that's what I was going to do when I got home anyways. My mom and sister got pedicures which turned out well, though. Maybe she just needs to wear glasses, but my advice is to ask not to get Ann for a manicure. read more

First of all, when I got seated at the nail station, I had to wait for the guy to come over for several minutes. When he did finally come over, he sat down and proceeded to play on his cell phone for about 20 minutes before he started taking care of my nails. He would do a nail or two and then return to playing on his phone. This went on for about two hours. By the time my nails were done my hands were sore from holding them in suspended animation. He did not file or Dremel them appropriately. They are chunky and clunky, misshapen, and they are not what I asked for at all. I even provided a large easily visible photograph of what I wanted and set it up so my phone showed him the picture through the duration of my time there. I attempted to make comments when I noticed I wasn't getting what I was asking for. And I got ignored 110%. And then the color I wanted was done incorrectly. He got nail polish all over my hands and fingers, it looks like a toddler painted my nails. And I asked him to fix it and he just continued to ignore me. I then had to pay $40.00 for a total mess of a nail job. I am horrified! My nails hurt so bad I wanted to cry. I had to soak my fingers in ice water on and off all night tonight after I got them done. They feel bruised, heavy, and like they will all snap off. Incredibly disrespectful tech I got stuck with. I will be returning in the morning and either will be given a full refund or they will completely fix my nails at no charge. Definitely deserve a serious correction of what happened. And WON'T be returning again. read more

This place is like a salon sweat-shop. The lady at the front desk barks orders at the technicians as they try to keep up. There are dozens of nail tables and pedicure chairs which means that there is no wait, but the techs work so slowly (not meticulously, just continually correcting their own mistakes) that it took more than two hours for a mani-pedi. I wanted French polish on both my finger and toe nails. The tech that did my fingernails passed me off to another tech to do my toes. She forgot to tell her that I wanted French (even though it was on my fingernails), so the tech that did my pedicure cut my toenails so short that the French polish looked ridiculous. I tried repeatedly to explain this as the tech was doing my toes, but she couldn't understand enough English to understand what I wanted. She just kept smiling and nodding to pacify me. When it was done, the white "tips" on my toes were all different thicknesses which made it look silly and unprofessional. While I was getting the pedicure, the tech moved my seat up so far (for her convenience in doing my toes) that my legs were cramped and aching by the time she was done. When I asked her if I could move the seat back, she couldn't understand me. While I was having my nails done, another tech and the lady from the front desk were arguing about which customers were eligible for a $5 discount. Arguing! Right there in the middle of the salon. If Yelp allowed it, I'd have rated this place with zero stars. I get my nails done regularly, and I have been to many salons (including one that I worked in doing nails while I was in college), and I have NEVER been so unhappy. All this for the low price of $60 (with the $5 discount for getting a manicure and pedicure at the same time)!! Additionally, the techs continually spoke in another language while glancing at different patrons, giving the impression that they were sharing some secret jokes about the customers. It was incredibly rude. When I expressed my discontent to the English-speaking front desk attendant, she rolled her eyes and pointed to where I should go pay.
