My only problem is the quality of the nails I got were rushed and sloppy I've had better nails for cheaper and the polish my daughter got came off an hour after getting them. Horrendous customer service. I made an appointment for my wife and daughter right before mother's day. My wife and daughter arrived for her appointment a few mins early and was told to wait...no problem. After checking in with the staff a couple times, she was left waiting 90 minutes past her appointment time. She ultimately left without any services being performed. When I called in to see about getting her in the following morning, the lady rudely told me that they were busy and she couldn't see her until the following week. I explained that I made the appointment days in advance and there was no excuse for her waiting 90 mins beyond her appointment time. She again rudely stated that my wife left because she didn't want to wait anymore. I asked how long she should be expected to wait (beyond her scheduled appointment time) and she said she didn't have time to talk to me and hung up...then wouldn't answer the phone again, voicemail is full, so can't leave a message. Disappointed in their business practices. I've tried reaching out and nobody responds to emails/DMs. I suggest you find a nail salon that cares about their clients...not these disrespectful fools! read more

Giving two stars because I love the way my gel manicure turned out. My pedicure was another story. My mother and I got our nails done together for Mother's Day. Both of us got a gel manicure and pedicures. They cut both me and my moms feet up. I waited two days to post a review to make sure I wasn't speaking out in anger- and my feet still hurt. The lady doing my pedicure literally cut a chunk of skin off of my toe!! Never coming here again. Update: my nails chipped three days later. Gel shouldn't be chipping. read more

Love this place! They work very fast but produce amazing nails! I don't think I've ever been happier with now my acrylic nails have come out. My only merp would be that sometimes you have to wait a bit which can be annoying, but other than that it's awesome. I've been there twice now and I've gotten a full set and pedicure. This shop is under new ownership so don't listen to the old negative reviews. I have been going to these owners for over 15 years at their old shop and they've been amazing. Henry and Jenny have always been great and I have just recently been going to Ann (Henry's sister) who's been doing my nails for a few months now in Riverside and that's who did my nails In the picture. She helps out at this shop a few days a week and I promise you won't be disappointed with any one that you get. They're a little bit higher priced but they last a long time that you don't really need a fill after two weeks so you get your money's worth. First time trying this place! I'm so tired of half ass nail jobs so I'm on the hunt for a place that appreciates my business, and does a job that shows me that. So far I would give this place a 4 star. I'm am defiantly going to come back for a fill and a pedicure. Today I had a full set with regular polish and a eye brow wax. My nails are flawless and my eye brows came out great. The man doing my nails did a good job, he didn't cut me or cause any pain. He did exactly what I asked for. The lady that did my nails was nice. Did good work and was quick and she didn't cut me (I'm always anxious when they file near my cuticles). However, i went in for a basic fill which is priced at $14. She charged me $24. I asked her why and all she said it was because of the length. I did not think it was fair to charge me $10 for my length. It would have made it better if she atleast told me BEFORE. But these nail techs are always sly as hell with their prices. Anyway, if you come here make sure they give you a SET price before you get something done. Their prices in their brochure are not accordingly. read more

Probably the BEST nail shop I have ever been to. I am extremely weary of nail shops because of unsanitary conditions I have seen time and time again. This place is above and beyond nicely kept! They have the the plastic wraps on the pedicure tubs and their instruments are sanitary- everything is clean. The place is so pretty and relaxing. They take their time to do it just the way you like. At least this place was new and seemed clean. The configuration was weird and you don't get much privacy from the other patrons. My first impression was that the guy running the place was rude and greedy. The minute I sat down they shoved a "menu" in my face trying to get me to get a $24 pedicure instead of an $18 one because if you don't they won't do your heels. The girl I was assigned to said "yes" when I asked her to do something but her English was too weak to know what she said Yes to. This place never fails to please me! The workers here are super time efficient, and always listen to exactly what I need; they are so receptive to any adjustments or changes to my nails I ask for! Never disappointed when I visit. Owner is very attentive and his staff is does wonderful work. I never experience a long wait even though they a quite busy. The ambiance is relaxing with calming music and no loud TVs. They are very clean inside and the design is very chic and modern. I have been to several nail salons in the local area but M nails set themselves apart by offering quality service. definitely, not a fan, and will not be returning.! i've tried, MULTIPLE times to give this place a try, even being with family members, and everytime, i'm never happy, and my gel doesn't stay longer then 2 weeks. the owner plays favorites with people he knows, and doesn't know. he's told women waiting longer then an hour to be seen, "to be patient" right in front of me. (this woman had been so patient, and kind about multiple people being called before her, that shouldn't have been.) i went 2 weeks ago for a gel manicure, and my gel has already peeled and has taken part of my nail along with it. they're friendly, but not very welcoming. sad to say, i thought this would be the new place in town. read more

In total I have tried 6 nail salons in the Yucaipa/Cali Mesa area and M Nail & Spa has been the best, by far! The cleanest, friendliest and my nails always look top notch after leaving. Worst pedicure EVER!!! Didn't even have time to relax and enjoy the pedicure, waited 30 minutes for someone to be available and she finishes my pedicure in less than 15 minutes. They charge an additional $5 for callus removal that doesn't even work. My feet felt the same and the technician took a minute or so scrubbing the bottom of my feet. The nail polishing was by for the worst. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been here about 3 times and have come with family. I can confidently say that they do a great job. My pedicures are always excellent, and my gel manicures last me about 3 weeks or more even when I use my hands a lot. The prices are reasonable! First time customer for M Nails. I live in Moreno Valley and by the time I get home all the nail shops are closed. I called to make a same day appt for 5.30pm. As soon as I arrived, the friendly staff was waiting for me. I started off with a pedicure. She was so friendly and very professional. While I was getting my pedicure, the other person was doing my finger nails. He really made sure my nails were the perfect shape. He is very detailed. Amazing job - wonderful employees. I feel like I had a botched nail job and they took care of it. They were all very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I arrived at the time it opened and it was already pretty busy. Most people were there for pedicures, though. The building was new and very clean. It was relaxing and quiet. I think my nails turned out very well for the price. I do not think their color selection was broad, but they did have most of the general colors that people want more of. I paid ~40 for removal of old nails with a new full set of gel. The lady I was with (don't know her name) was nice, however; a little rough and rushed during the polish stage. Being a new place in town I wanted to give them a try since I always like to support new and local businesses. The place looks so trendy. The minimal design makes it look very high end. This was a Saturday afternoon at 1pm. 5 people working. 1 person was waiting for a fill. I was seated for my pedicure and offered a bottle of water while my manicurist finished up with another client. I opted for the $26 European but changed the mask for a callus remover. The guy who did it seemed rushed. He was a little rough but nothing to complain about. I expected the massage to be better considering how he was when he did my nails but not the case. The hot towels felt so good though. I had a design and color that I was looking to do. He had another gal to the design which was no problem. she used a different color orange for the design which didn't match the rest of my toes. Not the look I was going for. it looked a little rushed and a little sloppy. my bad not not saying something but I'm not the one to complain. overall $31 with design, which is what I would expect. pros: great look inside. Lots of parking. very nice and attentive and gave out a bottle of water. cons: can get it anywhere. Nothing special about the pedicure overall. sloppy nail color and design. I gave 3 stars because as nice and friendly as they were I would have preferred a better pedicure. Probably not my first choice next time I get my pedicure done. read more
