Jim, Sherry and the rest of the staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Leslie's installation management is the complete opposite. Leslie's initially shipped me a pool filter instead of a heater. They refused to ship the replacement heater till they picked up the filter, which wasted a whole week. At installation time, the installer told me I had to arrange for an electrician since he was not licensed. He also was not licensed for gas installations. That was obvious since he did not know what a debris trap is or how to plumb it. I had to tell him how to properly connect the gas line. Mind you, I am the homeowner and knew more than he did about the uniformed construction codes for plumbing. Granted, the installation people who showed up were not at fault. They were as helpful, friendly, and accommodating as possible given the situation. The only reason I knew they were not licensed was because I asked for their license when it was clear there were problems with their knowledge. Now i know why Leslie's is offering free installations.

For example, a young gentleman at the store would not take people in order of those waiting online. He seemed to pick people he knew first while allowing others who were standing in line to go get service afterwards. Additionally, when it came time to taking my order, the gentleman failed to complete the transaction stating he needed my full name address telephone number and email address before he can get my water tested. What kind of policy is that? I thought he was going to then ask for my Social Security number and blood type. Poor policy, poor customer service, stay away from this company. There's many other options out there.

This was the biggest construction project we've ever done - and it was the smoothest experience…read more From the start Chris, the owner, gave us the most realistic overview of the timeline and total costs - without selling it or sugar coating, so we were going in totally prepared, no surprises. He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. The equipment can be controlled from an app too - very convenient and we are looking forward to Tyler making it even smarter. :) Thank you so much! It was a very big (HUGE) decision for us - but we are so happy we trusted you. Our three kids are having the time of their life - this pool brings us so much joy already!! P.S. We went for the Crystal Quartz liner - so pretty, as if you you're in the South of France!!!

This vendor engages in deceitful business practices so this is a warning to anyone considering…read moreusing him. We paid him to do an in-ground pool renovation which included replastering and tile installation. The job included brushing, vacuuming, and balancing the pool water after the plastering which was not done. Despite SGM guidelines specifically stating what has to be done the first 3 days after plastering, to include water balancing and daily brushing for the first 2 weeks, this vendor (who is SGM certified) insisted that it was not required and it was not his protocol. When we pointed out that his price included the water balancing he said that it is the homeowner's responsibility to brush and balance the pool after plastering, then he stopped responding to our messages. We requested a copy of the Diamond Brite warranty and details about the pool tiles to include the manufacturer, tile color etc. and we have received nothing.

Steve is one of the most unprofesisonal technicians i have ever worked with for ANY type of job…read more He was the technician provided by a home warranty policy we got, i cannot begin to tell you the horrors of dealing with him, the level of unprofessionalism, the empty promises. Essentially he held my job as ransom as he was resolving a billing issue with HWA (Home Warrtenty of America - also a scam artist of a company) . He threatened HWA to not do my job until he got paid on some work they didnt pay him on (that is a problem between him and HWA, not of me a new customer he had no history with or jobs done with). Once he got paid on those past due payments from HWA - it delayed the work on our pool for 2 weeks, and on the day he was supposed to come by and make the fixes FINALLY - i get a call from HWA that he cancelled the appointment and now have to get another technician to fix it I work with small businesses all day in my job, and the level of unprofessionalism, lying, manipulating and other things that Steven did and put my family and my home as his ransom and collateral damage to resolve a dispute with HWA - is utterly deplorable He then avoided my phone calls, and pretended i was dead - when he didnt show up on the date that we finally had on the calendar - he confirmed with me this morning as well, and then completely flaked out and turned off his phone. He charged me $100 for the initial visit (over 2.5 weeks ago) which is now money down the drain, he literally stole money from my pocket. You should avoid Steven and his company at all costs, there are plenty of other pool techs out there, his is not a Pool Professional - he is a pool scam artist and theif. I would not let him into my home if he paid me at this point

Originally went to Naso because of his stellar reviews. Spoke on the phone and was very impressed…read morewith Ed. Booked a pool opening, paid in advance, and was looking for valet service as well. However, we simply did not click. What started as a miscommunication on the timing of his visit to open the pool, moved on to Ed accusing me of being passive aggressive in my communication (which he does not tolerate), and ended up with Ed accusing me of defrauding Naso Pools, by not checking a box on his webform. My feeling was that it was not a big deal he would charge me for all services rendered. He had my card data. Very odd escalation.....I was good until the defrauding comment came up. After out back and forth, we agreed that we would not be a good mix, agreed that we would go our own ways, with Naso refunding the thousand dollar plus payment I had made in advance. Almost a month later and no refund in sight, and have filed a dispute with Bank of America. I have no clue about the quality of his service, was fine with moving on, but I am not happy about having to have to dispute the charge. May take a month or two but I will get the money back, but that does not change someone trying to charge you for services never provided. Read Ed's counter; lots of analysis for calling just to find out if he was going to show. His planner that Naso specified an all day appointment, no other communication, no prior visit to confirm the scope of work. I see no problem asking for a clarification. Upon him informing me I missef a box, I told him repeatedly charge me for all required serices....and that the opening might identify other work which may need to be performed. I do nor understand why that's a big deal. Certainly not defrauding someone. We have found a great pool service company that's will to just bill me for services rendered. No stress no unnecessary bs. Ed's review gets personal, sticking to facts Mr Naso is taking money for services he did not render. Draw your own conclusions.
