Please do not come to this nail salon! I've been coming here for about a year now and always tip very well. Here's proof of one receipt of services that I normally get. They are starting to water their products down and it's absolutely not acceptable. My nails are peeling after four days WITH gel. Completely unacceptable! They also refuse to give a partial refund. The girl at the front desk was rude and claims that it "was not a big deal". Well, when you are a paying customer that is loyal to their service no matter how long they take and how long they make you wait for an appointment, AND have been coming for a year, You would expect a better response than that. I talked to the manager (Vu or Fu) and they were more worried about the person that did it versus attempting to come to a sensible resolution. I will definitely not be coming back, you lost a valuable customer. read more

Decided to come as a walk-in and I was serviced super quickly as soon as they had someone available. They started on my pedicure while I waited for a manicure technician, I had Maria and they turned out beautifully. I used to come only to Lili for years back when I lived in Miami. I was worried trying someone else since it was too last minute for appointment, but they turned out phenomenal!! Evenly shaped and the nails are thin, not chunky. I called to make an appointment to fix 3 broken nails. I mentioned I'd be coming on my lunch break. She told me to come at 5:45pm. I asked if 6:00pm would be better. She said, "No. 5:45." I show up at 5:45pm and sit and wait until 6:00pm before telling her I can't wait anymore. She apologized. I told her, "I asked you if you wanted me to come at 6pm and you said no." Receptionist was most welcoming and professional. Pedi lady did okay job but polish is uneven. The guy that did my hands was obnoxious and cocky. He did a horrible job and was a bit rough. I've never been as disappointed in a nail tech as I was with this one. The worst results I've ever seen. I had to leave to get ready for my trip but I truly hope the manager sees the photos and will redo my nails by someone else. I went in here last weekend. And it was pretty busy, so I decided to wait and make an appointment for the upcoming Monday, and boy, was it worth it. I guess it varies each state how the dipping process is and how each nail salon does it, but overall I love how they remove the dipping powder, which doesn't damage my nails. I loved the dipping powder and color I ended getting a pedicure with Meli$$a, and let me tell you, and she did such a fabulous job. I've officially found a manicure and pedicure spot when I'm in Miami. If you have to wait, no worries, it's worth it. Just an FYI Starbucks next door and Wholefoods across the street. ;) read more

What I wanted vs what I got, I literally wanted to cry. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and the first thing I told the nail tech was that I wanted to keep the length and to NOT round the nail... unfortunately she didn't speak English well so I explained it to another technician. All of a sudden she's filing my pinky nail to be round, not only could we not fix this now all of them had to be done to match. she nicked two of my fingers where they were bleeding. The gel isn't even, there are globs of paint on certain nails, they look distorted. The tips are all different sizes... I just want to peel it off but now my nails round and not evenly filed. Four stars for pricing - a little expensive for what it was You can see below the reference photo I found as inspiration for the nails. Obviously not exact, but close enough. Salon was very clean and nice. 10/10 for atmosphere. I arrived at opening and they were already slammed with people. I'd recommend booking an appointment if you choose to come here. Last two times I went, nails broke within 24 hours. When I called, manager stated that people complain about having nails too thick yet never took responsibility for poor service instead blamed me, the customer, by not being "too careful" with my nails. Horrible customer service. On top of that charges $10 for ONE nail to be fixed. read more

Welcome to the 1950's. Booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure with a male employee since the woman I usually book with was off and there was no one else available for the time I wanted to come in. Zero issue. Arrived to my appointment, got checked in, and was informed shortly thereafter that this salon does not allow male customers to be serviced by male employees and I would have to wait for someone of the opposite gender. I was then told they were booked and would either have to come back later or wait for someone who isn't male to become available. Greatly confused, I asked to speak with the manager to make sure I was hearing things correctly. He refused to approach me so I eventually went up to him to address the issue. Instead of apologizing or trying to clear up any confusion, he pointed the finger to the male employees and said they do not like to service male customers. Refusing service solely based on one's gender, when there's zero compelling reason otherwise to deny the service, is discriminatory. For some reason, he also went on to confirm that their online booking system doesn't prohibit male customers from booking with male employees as if the issue is the system and not the fact that this salon is actively engaging in these type of practices. You decide if you want to give this place your business, but I'd strongly encourage you to look somewhere that is operating in the year 2025. read more
