Within 7 days he sent over a technician named Omar who was very kind, cleanly, and efficient. The first thing he did upon entering my home was put on booties. He was very thorough about telling me about his diagnoses and explaining what he was going to do/did. When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors. After being cut off multiple times on our brief conversation, he ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence, before I could explain the true location of the requested services. What a shame, missed out on potentially $1k-$1.5k worth of work. Being an experienced tradesperson is one thing and having common decency when speaking to potential customers is another, you need both. I am very happy he behaved like this BEFORE he was at my house doing work. Just like you have no time for your customers, I have no time for that behavior. He did great with the bathroom light/fan rewire, and the porch fan did work when he left. The problem is that the porch fan stopped working a few days later. Unfortunately, ran into an issue getting him back to check because he's in too much demand. Finally, after over a month of trying to get him back to perform a check (he does have a 1 yr warranty on his work) - he did - and it was a simple fix that had nothing to do with the quality of his work. So of course, now we have more work and will hopefully be able to hire him again if he has the availability.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. I also compared estimates from multiple companies, and his pricing was very reasonable--especially considering the quality of work and level of service he provides. On top of that, he was extremely clean, organized, and efficient throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, transparency, and craftsmanship this well.
